Claims (3)
- 直流正端子と直流負端子間に各々交流端子を有するN個(Nは2以上の整数)のスイッチングレグを並列接続し、直流とN相交流間の電力変換を行う電流形電力変換装置であって、
前記スイッチングレグは、
前記直流正端子側から順に、第1のサイリスタ、第1のダイオード、第2のダイオード、第2のサイリスタが順方向に直列接続され、
第1のサイリスタと第1のダイオードの接続点と交流端子間に、交流端子方向が順方向となるように第1の逆阻止自己消弧素子が接続され、
第1のダイオードと第2のダイオードの接続点と交流端子間に、コンデンサが接続され、
第2のダイオードと第2のサイリスタの接続点と交流端子間に、交流端子方向が逆方向となるように第2の逆阻止自己消弧素子が接続されている構成であることを特徴とする電流形電力変換装置。 - 前記直流正端子と直流負端子の入力に可変電圧の直流電源と直流リアクトルの直列回路が接続され、N相の交流を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電流形電力変換装置。
- 前記N個の交流端子にN相の交流機を接続したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電流形電力変換装置。
