図9は、1回使用の腓骨用キット200の上面斜視図であり、容器10と、腓骨プレートアセンブリ202、複数の第1の固定具401、複数の第2の固定具451、複数のワイヤードリル370、第2のドライバー90及び深さゲージ380などの複数の構成要素と、を含む。腓骨プレートアセンブリ202は、腓骨プレート204に予め組み付けられた複数の第2のドリルガイド340を含む。腓骨プレート202は、後述される異なる種類の複数の開口を含み、それにより、ユーザーは、複数の第1の固定具401及び複数の第2の固定具451のそれぞれの少なくとも一部を使用して、腓骨プレート204を骨折骨に取り付けることができる。

使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キットであって、
a)患者の体肢の骨の一部の解剖学的形状と一致するように予め輪郭形成及び寸法設定され、複数の固定具開口を備える単一骨プレート以外の骨プレートを含まず、
b)それぞれが頭部とシャフトとを含む複数の固定具であって、前記頭部は前記固定具開口と嵌合するように寸法設定される、複数の固定具と、
c)前記固定具の頭部と係合するように適合された使い捨てトルクドライバーと、を含み、
前記構成要素が滅菌密封容器に収容される、手術キット。
[条項2]
前記骨の一部が、右遠位掌側橈骨、左遠位掌側橈骨、右腓骨、左腓骨、右近位橈骨、左近位橈骨、右舟状骨、左舟状骨、右遠位尺骨、及び左遠位尺骨からなる群から選択される、条項2に記載の手術キット。
[条項3]
前記手術キットの中の前記固定具の全てが、同一寸法の頭部を有する固定具からなる、条項1に記載の手術キット。
[条項4]
前記単一骨プレートの前記固定具開口の全てが、前記同一寸法の頭部を受容するように寸法設定される、条項3に記載の手術キット。
[条項5]
前記手術キットの中の前記固定具の全てが、第1の寸法の頭部又は第2の寸法の頭部のいずれかを有する固定具からなる、条項1に記載の手術キット。
[条項6]
前記単一骨プレートの前記固定具開口の全てが、前記第1の寸法の頭部又は前記第2の寸法の頭部のいずれかを受容するように寸法設定される、条項5に記載の手術キット。
[条項7]
前記手術キットの中の前記固定具の全てが、2つの異なる寸法の頭部の1つのみを有する、条項1に記載の手術キット。
[条項8]
ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を更に含み、前記滅菌密封容器の中にこれら全てが収容される、条項1に記載の手術キット。

前記キットが、36個以下の固定具を含む、条項1に記載の手術キット。

前記容器が、前記固定具の複数のグループのそれぞれの前記シャフト長を示すラベルを含む、条項11に記載の手術キット。

前記容器が、ユーザーが前記複数の固定具のそれぞれの長さを判定するのを助けるための複数の固定具長さゲージを含む、条項1に記載の手術キット。

前記滅菌密封キットが開封された後に、前記キットが蒸気オートクレーブによって再滅菌可能である、条項1に記載の手術キット。

a)患者の体肢の骨の上で使用するように適合され、複数の固定具穴を備える単一骨プレートと、
b)それぞれが頭部とシャフトとを含む複数の固定具であって、前記頭部が前記固定具穴と相互作用するように適合される、複数の固定具と、
c)前記固定具の頭部と係合するように適合される使い捨てトルクドライバーと、
d)1つ又は2つ以上のワイヤードリルと、
e)1つ又は2つ以上のドリルガイドと、
f)使い捨て深さゲージと、から基本的になり、
前記構成要素が滅菌密封容器に収容される、使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。

単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キットのシステムであって、
a)滅菌密封容器と、左遠位掌側橈骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形及び寸法設定された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、左遠位掌側橈骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
b)滅菌密封容器と、右遠位掌側橈骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、右遠位掌側橈骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
c)滅菌密封容器と、右及び左腓骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、腓骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
d)滅菌密封容器と、右及び左遠位尺骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、遠位尺骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、を含む、システム。

前記滅菌密封キットのそれぞれが、キットが開封された後に、蒸気オートクレーブで再滅菌可能である、条項16に記載のシステム。
[条項18]
前記滅菌密封キットの全ての前記容器が、共通設計を有し、異なる手術適応のために構成可能である、条項16に記載のシステム。
[条項19]
各キットが、前記手術適応及び前記キットの使用に関する表示図形を含む、条項16に記載のシステム。

各キットが、多くの色のうちの1つを有し、それぞれの色が多くの手術適応のうちの1つに対応する、条項16に記載のシステム。

複数の骨固定具であって、各固定具がシャフトと頭部とを備え、前記頭部は、前記ねじ山付き骨固定具開口にねじ方式で係合して、固定角度係止構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成され、前記頭部はまた、前記ねじ山のない骨固定具開口と直接係合して、多軸非係止圧縮構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成される、複数の骨固定具と、を含む、骨プレートシステム。

前記1つ又は2つ以上のねじ山のない骨固定具開口が、前記骨折骨を1つの方向に動的に圧縮するのを目的とした少なくとも1つの一定方向に傾斜がつけられた開口を含む、条項1に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項23]
前記少なくとも1つの一定方向に傾斜がつけられた開口が、細長いスロットである、条項2に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項24]
前記骨プレートが、ヒトの体肢の骨折骨の内固定のために寸法設定及び成形される、条項1に記載の骨プレートシステム。

前記平坦で螺旋形の頂部が、約0.120〜0.160ミリメートルの範囲の幅を有する、条項8に記載の骨プレートシステム。

前記平坦で螺旋形の頂部の幅と、前記ねじ山間のピッチ間隔の比が、約0.200〜0.320である、条項8に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項31]
前記骨プレートの前記ねじ山付き及びねじ山のない骨固定具開口が、同一公称寸法を有する、条項1に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項32]
前記骨プレートが、複数の領域を有するシャフト部分を更に備え、各領域は、一対にされた前記ねじ山のない骨固定具開口の1つと前記ねじ山付き骨固定具開口の1つとを有し、外科医が、前記領域の任意の1つの中の前記ねじ山付き及びねじ山のない骨固定具開口の1つを選択し、前記骨固定具の1つを前記開口内に挿入することによって、前記骨プレートを骨のほぼ同じ部分に取り付けることができる、条項1に記載の骨プレートシステム。

患者の骨折骨の内固定のための骨プレートシステムであって、
骨に面する底面と、対向する上面と、前記表面の間の厚さと、を備え、第1の寸法の複数の骨固定具開口を更に備える骨プレートであって、前記複数の骨固定具開口は、テーパ形状のねじ山付き表面を有する第1の種類の1つ又は2つ以上の開口と、テーパ形状の滑らかな表面を有する第2の種類の1つ又は2つ以上の開口と、を含む、骨プレートと、
それぞれが第1の寸法のシャフトと頭部とを備える複数の骨固定具であって、前記頭部は、前記第1の種類の骨固定具開口とねじ方式で係合して固定角度係止構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成され、前記頭部はまた、前記第2の種類の固定具開口と直接係合して多軸非係止圧縮構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成される、複数の骨固定具と、を含む、骨プレートシステム。

前記骨プレートが、前記第1の寸法の骨固定具開口のみからなる、条項33に記載の骨プレートシステム。

前記骨プレートが、1つ又は2つ以上の固定具用でない開口を更に備える、条項34に記載の骨プレートシステム。

患者の骨折骨の内固定のための骨プレートシステムであって、
骨に面する底面と、対向する上面と、前記表面の間の厚さと、を備え、第1の寸法の複数の骨固定具開口と第2の寸法の複数の骨固定具開口とを更に備える骨プレートであって、前記第1及び第2の寸法の開口はそれぞれ、雌ねじを有するテーパ形状の表面を有する第1の種類の1つ又は2つ以上の開口と、テーパ形状の滑らかな表面を有する第2の種類の1つ又は2つ以上の開口と、を含む、骨プレートと、
それぞれが第1の寸法のシャフトと頭部とを備える複数の第1の骨固定具であって、前記頭部は、前記第1の寸法の前記第1の種類の開口にねじ方式で係合して固定角度係止構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成され、前記頭部はまた、前記第1の寸法の前記第2の種類の開口に直接係合して多軸非係止圧縮構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成される、複数の第1の骨固定具と、
それぞれが第2の寸法のシャフトと頭部とを備える複数の第2の骨固定具であって、前記頭部は、前記第2の寸法の前記第1の種類の開口にねじ方式で係合して固定角度係止構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成され、前記頭部はまた、前記第2の寸法の前記第2の種類の開口に直接係合して多軸非係止圧縮構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成される、複数の第2の骨固定具と、を含む、骨プレートシステム。
[条項37]
前記第2の種類の前記第1及び第2の寸法の前記骨固定具開口が、1つの方向に前記骨折骨を動的に圧縮するのを目的として、少なくとも1つの一定方向に傾斜がつけられた開口を含む、条項36に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項38]
前記第2の種類の前記第1及び第2の寸法の前記骨固定具開口が、2つの相反する方向のいずれか一方に骨折した骨を動的に圧縮するのを目的として、少なくとも1つの双方向に傾斜した開口を含む、条項36に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項39]
前記第1の骨固定具の前記頭部が第1のドライブソケットを含み、前記第2の骨固定具の前記頭部が第2のドライブソケットを含み、前記第1及び第2のドライブソケットが、前記第1及び第2の骨固定具を骨に挿入するために、トルクドライバーのドライバー先端を受容するように寸法設定される、条項36に記載の骨プレートシステム。
[条項40]
前記第1のドライブソケットが第1の形状を有し、前記第2のドライブソケットが、前記第1の形状を有する遠位凹部と、前記軸に沿って見た場合に前記第1の形状よりも大きい第2の形状を有する同軸の隣接する近位凹部と、を含む階段状凹部を有し、前記遠位凹部及び近位凹部のいずれか1つ又は両方が、前記トルクドライバーから、前記第2の骨固定具の前記頭部まで、トルクを伝達することができる、条項39に記載の骨プレートシステム。
Claims (10)
- 使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キットであって、前記使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キットは、
a)患者の体肢の骨の上で使用するように適合され、複数の固定具開口を備える単一骨プレートと、
b)それぞれが頭部とシャフトとを含む複数の固定具であって、前記頭部が前記複数の固定具開口と相互作用するように適合される、複数の固定具と、
c)前記固定具の頭部と係合するように適合される使い捨てトルクドライバーと、
d)1つ又は2つ以上のワイヤードリルと、
e)1つ又は2つ以上のドリルガイドと、
f)使い捨て深さゲージと、
g)滅菌密封容器と、を備え、
前記骨プレート、前記複数の固定具、前記トルクドライバー、前記ワイヤードリル、前記複数のドリルガイド、及び前記使い捨て深さゲージは、前記滅菌密封容器に収容される、
使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。 - a)前記骨プレートは、骨に面する底面と、対向する上面と、前記表面の間の厚さと、を含み、1つ又は2つ以上のねじ山付き骨固定具開口と1つ又は2つ以上のねじ山のない骨固定具開口と、を更に備え、
b)各固定具の前記頭部は、前記ねじ山付き骨固定具開口にねじ方式で係合して、固定角度係止構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成され、前記頭部はまた、前記ねじ山のない骨固定具開口と直接係合して、多軸非係止圧縮構成を提供するように寸法設定及び構成される、
請求項1に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。 - 前記1つ又は2つ以上のねじ山のない骨固定具開口が、前記骨折骨を1つの方向に動的に圧縮するのを目的とした少なくとも1つの一定方向に傾斜がつけられた開口を含む、請求項2に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。
- a)滅菌密封容器と、左遠位掌側橈骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形及び寸法設定された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、左遠位掌側橈骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
b)滅菌密封容器と、右遠位掌側橈骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、右遠位掌側橈骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
c)滅菌密封容器と、右及び左腓骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、腓骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
d)滅菌密封容器と、右及び左遠位尺骨と一致するように解剖学的に成形された単一骨プレートと、複数の固定具と、固定具ドライバと、ワイヤードリルと、ドリルガイドと、深さゲージと、を備える、遠位尺骨の骨折の治療のための滅菌密封キットと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。 - 前記骨の一部が、右遠位掌側橈骨、左遠位掌側橈骨、右腓骨、左腓骨、右近位橈骨、左近位橈骨、右舟状骨、左舟状骨、右遠位尺骨、及び左遠位尺骨からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。
- 前記単一骨プレートの前記複数の固定具開口の各々が、同一寸法の頭部を有する複数の固定具を受容するように寸法設定される、請求項1に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。
- 前記固定具が、それぞれが同一シャフト長を有する4個以下の固定具の複数のグループで、前記容器の中に配置される、請求項1に記載の使い捨て単一表示整形外科的外傷手術キット。
- 前記容器が、前記固定具の複数のグループのそれぞれの前記シャフト長を示すラベルを含む、請求項7に記載の手術キット。
- 前記容器が、ユーザーが前記複数の固定具のそれぞれの長さを判定するのを助けるための複数の固定具長さゲージを含む、請求項1に記載の手術キット。
- 前記滅菌密封キットが開封された後に、前記キットが蒸気オートクレーブによって再滅菌可能である、請求項1に記載の手術キット。
