Description
本発明の実施の形態に係るウインドレギュレータの構成及び動作について、図1乃至10を参照して説明する。
以上説明した実施の形態によれば、以下に述べる作用及び効果を得ることができる。
Claims (1)
- 車両のドアに設けられ、前記ドアの窓ガラスを昇降させるウインドレギュレータであって、
前記窓ガラスを保持するキャリアプレートと、
駆動力を発生するモータの作動によって回転駆動されるドラムと、
一端が前記キャリアプレートに連結され、他端が前記ドラムに連結されるワイヤと、
前記ワイヤの前記一端側の端部に固定されたワイヤエンドと、
前記ワイヤエンドを収容すると共に、前記ワイヤに張力を付与する方向に付勢力を発生させる付勢部材の伸縮運動によって前記キャリアプレートに設けられた凹溝内で進退移動可能に配置された合成樹脂製の収容部材とを備え、
前記収容部材には、前記ワイヤが挿通する挿通孔が形成された基部と、前記基部の外縁から延在して形成された側壁とに囲まれた収容穴が形成され、
前記ワイヤエンドは、前記側壁から突出した突出部に押し付けられて前記収容穴に収容され、
前記収容穴の開口端部における前記側壁の内面が、前記収容穴の底面側に向かって前記収容部材の中心軸との距離が徐々に小さくなるように傾斜した傾斜面であり、
前記突出部は、前記傾斜面から前記中心軸に沿って所定の距離を隔てた位置から前記収容穴の前記底面側に向かって延在して形成されている、
