Claims (5)
- 複数の角形の蓄電セル(11)を積層方向に積層して蓄電モジュール(M)を構成し、積層方向に対して交差する方向に並置した複数の前記蓄電モジュール(M)を積層方向両側に配置した少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)間に挟持し、前記少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)のうちの少なくとも一つの連結プレート(26)を前記複数の蓄電モジュール(M)にねじ締結部材(29)により積層方向に締結する蓄電装置であって、 前記蓄電モジュール(M)はその積層方向端部から前記少なくとも一つの連結プレート(26)に向かって突出する位置決めピン(25)を備え、前記少なくとも一つの連結プレート(26)は前記蓄電モジュール(M)を挟持した状態で前記位置決めピン(25)が係合する挿入凹部(26b,26e)を備えることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
- 前記複数の蓄電モジュール(M)に冷却風を供給あるいは排出するための複数の冷却孔(31a)が形成されたダクト部材(27,28)を前記少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)に固定し、前記冷却孔(31a)の周囲に前記蓄電モジュール(M)との間をシールするシール部材(33)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記挿入凹部(26b)の鉛直方向上側部分の径は、前記蓄電モジュール(M)の締結状態において前記位置決めピン(25)が係合する前記挿入凹部(26b)の鉛直方向下側部分の径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記挿入凹部(26b)は貫通孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 複数の角形の蓄電セル(11)を積層方向に積層して蓄電モジュール(M)を構成し、積層方向に対して交差する方向に並置した複数の前記蓄電モジュール(M)を積層方向両側に配置した少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)間に挟持し、前記少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)のうちの少なくとも一つの連結プレート(26)を前記複数の蓄電モジュール(M)にねじ締結部材(29)により積層方向に締結する蓄電装置であって、 前記少なくとも一つの連結プレート(26)は前記蓄電モジュール(M)に向かって突出する位置決めピン(25)を備え、前記蓄電モジュール(M)は前記少なくとも二つの連結プレート(26)に挟持された状態で前記位置決めピン(25)が挿入される挿入凹部(14a,14b)を備えることを特徴とする蓄電装置。
