Description
Rは−OH、−OC(O)R4、−OR6、−(OR6)2から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;
XはO又はCH2であり、但し、XがOである場合、Rは=Oでしかあり得ず;
各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH或いは0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10、−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;且つ
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得、且つRが=Oであり、X=CH2且つyが1である場合に、構造(I)の化合物が化合物中に13〜20個の総炭素原子を含有するのを除いて、構造(I)の化合物は11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることにより得られる。本発明はまた、指定構造の光学異性体、ジアステレオマー及びエナンチオマーも含む。したがって、立体化学が明示的に定義されていない全ての立体中心で、全ての可能なエピマーが想起される。

R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−C(O)OR5、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8、−C(O)NR9R10、−CH2C(O)NR11R12から選択され、R5、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11及びR12の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;且つ
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得、且つRが=Oであり、X=CH2且つyが1である場合に、構造(I)の化合物が化合物中に13〜20個の総炭素原子を含有するのを除いて、構造(I)の化合物は11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)

Rが−OHから選択され、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2、より好ましくは1であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、環中の2位と3位との間の結合が単又は二重結合、より好ましくは単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は非分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−C(O)OR5及び−CH2C(O)R8から選択され、R5及びR8がそれぞれ、1〜6個の炭素原子、より好ましくは3〜5個の炭素原子を含有する分岐又は非分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択され、さらにより好ましくは−CH3である、構造(I)の化合物である。
一方は処理され(各化合物のアセトン溶液1mlが各ディスクに施用された)、一方は処理されていない(アセトン1mlのみ)2枚の紙の半円ディスクが、ペトリ皿の蓋に置かれた。対照アリーナが、2枚の紙の未処理ディスクを用いて同様の様式で用意された。5連の10匹のトコジラミが蓋の中心に放たれ、処理対未処理基板(又は対照アリーナにおける未処理対処理)の選択肢を提示された。処理2時間後でトコジラミの分布が記録された。処理対未処理ディスクでトコジラミの数の統計的に有意な差が存在するかどうかを確かめるために、対応t検定が各処理について行われた。回避としての忌避が以下で表に与えられる。
Claims (18)
- トコジラミを防除又は忌避する方法であって、前記トコジラミを抑制有効量の構造(I)、
Rは=O、−OH、−OC(O)R4、−OR6、−(OR6)2からなる群から選択され、各R6は独立に、1〜4個の炭素原子を含有するアルキル基から選択され、R4は0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり;
XはO又はCH2からなる群であり、但し、XがOである場合、Rは=Oでしかあり得ず;
各Zは独立に、(CH)及び(CH2)からなる群から選択され;
yは1及び2から選択される数字であり;
R1はH並びに0〜2個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基からなる群から選択され;
R2はH並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基からなる群から選択され;
R3はH、0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基、−(CH2)nOH、−CH2C(O)OR7、−CH2C(O)R8から選択され、R7、R8の各々は独立に、H並びに0〜3個の二重結合及び1〜15個の炭素原子を有する、分岐又は直鎖、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基からなる群から選択され且つnは1〜12の整数であり;且つ
環構造中の2位と3位との間の結合は単又は二重結合であり得、且つRが=Oであり、X=CH2且つyが1である場合に、前記構造(I)の化合物が前記化合物中に13〜20個の総炭素原子を含有するのを除いて、前記構造(I)の化合物は11〜20個の総炭素原子を含有する)
の化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることを含む方法。 - 前記構造(I)の化合物が前記化合物中に12〜16個の炭素原子を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが−OHであり、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)からなる群から選択され、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がH又は−CH3であり、R1及びR2の他方が9〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は非分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3がHである
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、
Rが−OHであり、XがCH2であり、yが1又は2であり、各Zが(CH)及び(CH2)から選択され、前記環中の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単又は二重結合であり、R1及びR2の一方がHであり、R1及びR2の他方が5〜15個の炭素原子及び0〜3個の二重結合を含有する、分岐又は非分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基であり、且つR3が−CH2C(O)R8であり、R8が1〜6個の炭素原子を含有する分岐又は非分岐、飽和又は不飽和ヒドロカルビル基から選択される
化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記環の2位と3位との間の前記結合が単結合であり、且つR8が3〜5個の炭素原子を含有するヒドロカルビル基から選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- R8が−CH3である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の化合物が11〜14個の総炭素原子を含有するようにR1が5〜10個の炭素原子のアルキル基である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- トコジラミを防除又は忌避する方法であって、前記トコジラミを抑制有効量の構造(I)、
化合物の少なくとも1種と接触させることを含む方法。 - 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が、

- 前記トコジラミがパラ−メンタン−3,8−ジオール(PMD)と組み合わせた構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物と接触させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記トコジラミが構造(I)の任意の他の化合物と組み合わせた構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物と接触させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が衣類若しくは織物の表面に施用される又は衣類若しくは織物に含浸させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物が洗剤、柔軟剤又はドライヤーシートに施用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物がローション、ワイプ、粉末、スプレー又はシャンプー中の局所忌避剤として施用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造(I)の少なくとも1種の化合物がγ−ドデカラクトン、γ−トリデカラクトン、γ−ペンタデカラクトン、メチルアプリトール、メチルジヒドロジャスモレート、メチルジヒドロジャスモレートジメチルアセタール及び3−メチル−5−ペンチル−2−シクロヘキセン−1−オールから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
