- 多軸骨固定装置であって、

頂部端(51,51′,51″,51′″)および底部端(52,52′,52″,52′″)と、ロッドを中に受けるためのチャネル(56,56′,56″,56′″)と、頂部端(51,51′,51″,51′″)から底部端(52,52′,52″,52′″)まで軸(M)に沿って延在し、頭部(4,4′,4″,4′″)を受入れるための座部(54,54′,54″,54′″)を含む通路(53,53′,53″,53′″;54,54′,54″,54′″;55,55′,55″,55′″)とを有する受け部(5,5′,5″,5′″)と;
通路(53,53′,53″,53′″)に配置され、頭部(4,4′,4″,4′″)に圧力をかけるよう構成される圧力要素(6,6′,6″,6′″)とを含み、頭部は、受け部(5,5′,5″,5′″)に関して旋回可能であり、圧力要素(6,6′,6″,6′″)によってある角度にロックすることができ;

- 止めねじ(8,8′,8″,8′″)の中心軸と穴(600a,600a′,600a″,600a′″;600b,600b′,600b″,600b′″)との間の前記軸Mの軸方向における距離は、頭部(4,4′,4″,4′″)と圧力要素(6,6′,6″,6′″)との間に規定された摩擦力を生成するよう、穴の下側端縁(601a,601b)を係合すると、止めねじ(8,8′,8″,8′″)は、圧力要素(6,6′,6″,6′″)上に圧力をかけるような距離である、請求項2に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記止めねじの前記テーパ形の部分と前記軸(M)とがなす角度は30度と60度との間である、請求項1に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記穴(600a″,600b″)は円筒形の部分を有しない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 前記穴(600a′″,600b′″)の断面は台形である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
- 少なくとも2つの貫通ボア(500a,500a′,500a″,500a′″;500b,500b′,500b″,500b′″)および対応する穴(600a,600a′,600a″,600a′″;600b,600b′,600b″,600b′″)が設けられ、それらは周方向に180度ずれている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多軸骨固定装置。
