Description

The present invention is a bleached wood powder that improves the dehydration by mixing bleached wood powder with natural pulp to make paper, while reducing the amount of pulp used to obtain inexpensive and high-quality paper, The present invention relates to a method for producing bleached wood flour, a paper using the same, and a method for making the paper.

In general, paper is manufactured from natural pulp or by mixing recycled pulp. Examples of natural pulp include various materials such as wood, hemp, casinowood, rice straw, sugar cane, and papyrus.

In general, paper is manufactured in a shape in which many layers of paper are interleaved in order to improve the efficiency of raw material use and dewaterability in the papermaking process. The raw materials used for papermaking are natural pulp and recycled pulp. Can be divided roughly.

The recycled pulp not only lowers the dewaterability due to its high fine powder and ash content compared to natural pulp, but also reduces the bulk and strength of the paper. Increasing the amount used will adversely affect production costs. In the case of recycled pulp, the water content becomes higher and the drying energy increases as the number of reuses increases.

Therefore, increasing the bulk property of paper not only reduces the amount of recycled pulp used, but also helps reduce drying energy. Conventionally, wood flour that improves the bulk property of paper is used as recycled pulp. By making paper by mixing, the bulk property of the paper is improved and the amount of pulp used is reduced (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below). For reference, Patent Document 1 is registered with the Korean Patent Office on May 12, 2009, and the applicant is Hansol Paper Co., Ltd.

However, the wood powder used in the above-mentioned conventional technology is prepared by preparing wood, grinding and classifying the wood with a grinder, and further selecting. This wood flour is not natural pulp, but is mixed with recycled pulp (waste paper) and used for papermaking, so it cannot be used extensively on white paper, and it reduces the amount of expensive natural pulp used compared to recycled pulp. This leads to an increase in papermaking costs.

Korean Patent No. 10-0898383

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to use wood flour used for improving bulk properties in papermaking by mixing with natural pulp instead of recycled pulp. Bleaching wood powder bleaching process, S40: bleaching wood powder drying process for supplying steam to the wood powder bleached in the wood powder bleaching process and drying the bleached wood powder, S50: bleaching wood powder drying process In Classification and selection process of classifying and selecting bleached wood powder dried in the process, and characterized in that.

In the papermaking method using the bleached wood powder according to the embodiment of the present invention, the manufactured bleached wood powder 5 to 20% by weight and the natural pulp 80 to 95% by weight are mixed and fed to a paper machine. It is characterized by performing.

In the present invention, when paper is made by mixing recycled pulp and natural pulp, wood powder is prepared and bleached, and then natural pulp and bleached wood powder are mixed to make paper, thereby dehydrating. Energy consumption can be improved, and bleached wood flour mixed with natural pulp can dramatically reduce the amount of natural pulp used, and can be widely applied to blank papermaking. There is an effect that it can be used.

Further, according to the paper and the paper manufacturing method thereof according to the embodiment of the present invention, after pulverizing and drying the wood, it is classified and selected to a predetermined size or less, and the selected wood powder is bleached to the bleaching facility. Bleached wood powder is fed with stirring for a predetermined time, bleached wood flour is polished, classified and selected, and 5 to 20 wt% bleached wood flour is mixed with 80 to 95 wt% natural pulp. Therefore, it can be widely used for white paper making, and the bulk property can be improved and the amount of natural pulp used can be reduced.

It is a flowchart which shows the flow of the paper manufacturing method which concerns on embodiment of this invention. It is a flowchart which shows the flow of the manufacturing method of the bleaching wood powder which concerns on embodiment of this invention.

Hereinafter, based on an accompanying drawing, bleaching wood powder concerning a suitable embodiment of the present invention, a manufacturing method of bleaching wood powder, paper using the same, and its papermaking method are explained.

(Embodiment)
The present invention deviates from the method of using wood powder mixed with recycled pulp during papermaking, and reduces the amount of natural pulp used by making paper by mixing with natural pulp after bleaching wood powder. Therefore, energy saving is achieved by improving the bulk property and increasing the dehydration property.

Hereinafter, the wood powder bleaching process and the paper making process using the bleached wood powder in the present invention will be described.

First, based on FIG. 2, the manufacturing method of the bleaching wood powder which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a flow of a method for producing bleached wood flour according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, after pulverizing wood with a pulverizer to make wood pulp, it is dried so as to have a water content of 1 to 2% by weight (step S10).

Next, the dried wood pulp is selected and classified into wood flour having a fiber length of 0.15 mm or less (step S20).

Next, the wood powder classified and selected in step S20 is sent to a bleaching facility, and after 5 minutes, a H 2 O 2 (hydrogen peroxide) aqueous solution and brine are mixed and added, and the mixture is stirred for 40 minutes with a bleaching agent. Then, bleaching is performed (step S30). At this time, the stirring time is adjusted according to the amount of H 2 O 2 (hydrogen peroxide) aqueous solution and salt water and the degree of mixing. In addition, after adding water, water | moisture content fully penetrates into wood flour in about 40 to 70 minutes, and as a result of an experiment by the present inventor, if about 50 minutes, water is sufficiently penetrated into wood flour. Was found.

At this time, the internal temperature of the stirrer (not shown) that stirs the wood flour and wood flour is maintained at 60 to 80 ° C.

Next, steam is supplied to the wood powder bleached in step S30 and dried (step S40).

Next, the bleached wood powder dried in step S40 is polished, classified and selected (step S50).

The bleached wood flour according to the embodiment of the present invention is manufactured through the above process.

On the other hand, based on FIG. 1, the process of making paper using the bleached wood powder produced according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing a flow of a papermaking method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, bleached wood flour produced according to an embodiment of the present invention is dispersed and fed (see reference numeral 10 in FIG. 1), and the bleached wood flour is mixed with 5 to 20% by weight and natural pulp of 80 to 95% by weight. It is sent to a paper machine and paper is made by the usual method.

That is, the present invention does not make paper using only natural pulp, but makes paper by mixing a predetermined amount of bleached wood powder into natural pulp, thereby improving the bulk property of bleached wood powder and using natural pulp. The amount of energy required for papermaking is reduced by reducing the amount and improving the dewaterability.

Moreover, since the present invention is used after bleaching the wood powder, unlike the existing method using the wood powder as it is, in addition to the above merits, it can be widely used for the production of white paper.

Hereinafter, after the manufacturing process of the bleaching wood powder according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail, a method of making paper using the bleaching wood powder will be described in detail.

In the present invention, in order to produce wood flour used for papermaking, first, wood is prepared, the prepared wood is sent to a pulverizer and pulverized into wood pulp, and the resulting wood pulp has a water content. Dry to 1 to 2% by weight.

That is, the wood is pulverized into wood pulp and then dried, and sufficiently dried so that the water content of the wood pulp is 1 to 2% by weight.

The pulverized and dried wood pulp is classified and selected so that the fiber length is 0.15 mm or less. At this time, a pulverizer is used to adjust the fiber length to 0.15 mm or less, but the wood powder outside the above range during classification is sent to the pulverizer again and pulverized to obtain a fiber length usable for papermaking. To do.

In this way, the wood powder classified and selected in the wood powder classification and selection process and adjusted to a fiber length of 0.15 mm or less passes 5 minutes after being sent to a normal bleaching facility together with a predetermined amount of water. Wait until the water is fully penetrated into the wood flour. Here, the reason why water is infiltrated into the wood powder is to perform bleaching smoothly.

Next, in the wood powder classification and selection process, if water passes through the wood powder after 5 minutes have passed after the water is fed to the bleaching facility and the selected wood powder, H 2 O 2 (peroxide Hydrogen) Aqueous solution and brine are mixed and added to the bleach equipment. Next, as described above, an aqueous solution of H 2 O 2 (hydrogen peroxide) and salt water are mixed and added to the bleaching facility into which the moisture-impregnated wood flour is fed, and then the bleaching agent is applied for about 40 minutes. The wood powder is bleached by stirring.

At this time, the internal temperature of the stirrer (not shown) that stirs the wood flour and the wood flour is kept at 60 to 80 ° C., thereby obtaining a homogeneous stirring effect.

After bleaching the wood flour using the bleaching equipment as described above, the bleached wood flour is transferred from the bleaching equipment to the steam equipment and dried using steam. At this time, the drying speed is about per ton of wood flour. Dry for 1 hour.

The bleached wood powder dried by steam in the above drying process is further polished, classified and selected.

In addition, when bleached wood flour is manufactured in this way, paper manufacturing is performed using this.

The papermaking is performed by mixing 5 to 20% by weight of bleached wood powder produced through the above process and 80 to 95% by weight of natural pulp and then feeding it to the paper machine, and the bleached wood powder sent to the paper machine. Since the process of making paper using a mixed material of natural pulp and natural pulp is well known, detailed description thereof is omitted in the present invention.

That is, in the present invention, when paper is made by a normal method using natural pulp, natural paper and bleached wood flour are mixed to produce paper, thereby producing white paper as much as the amount of bleached wood flour fed. The amount of natural pulp required for the production can be dramatically reduced.

Thus, according to the present invention, by making paper by mixing a predetermined amount of bleached wood powder into natural pulp, it is possible to improve the bulk property of the bleached wood powder and reduce the amount of natural pulp used. Moreover, the effect of improving the dewaterability and reducing the energy required for papermaking can be obtained.
