Claims (5)
- 鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造であって、
前記ボイスコイルモータ構造は、
鏡筒を固定付着する鏡筒ベースと、
前記鏡筒ベースに巻回する合焦コイルと、
前記鏡筒ベースに巻回し、前記合焦コイルより撮像対象物側に配置された第一偏移コイルと、
前記鏡筒ベースに巻回し、前記合焦コイルより撮像素子側に配置された第二偏移コイルと、を含み、
前記合焦コイルと、前記第一偏移コイルと、前記第二偏移コイルは、前記鏡筒ベースに八角形状に巻回しており、
前記ボイスコイルモータ構造は、さらに、
前記合焦コイル及び前記第一偏移コイルの一辺の外側に配置された第一磁石と、
前記合焦コイル及び前記第一偏移コイルの一辺の外側であって、前記第一磁石と対向する位置に配置された第二磁石と、
前記合焦コイル及び前記第二偏移コイルの一辺の外側に配置された第三磁石と、
前記合焦コイル及び前記第二偏移コイルの一辺の外側であって、前記第三磁石と対向する位置に配置された第四磁石と、を含み、
合焦コイル部分に対応する前記第二磁石の裏側の磁極極性と前記第一磁石の裏側の磁極極性は同様であり、第一偏移コイル部分に対応する前記第二磁石の裏側の磁極極性と前記第一磁石の裏側の磁極極性は反対であり、合焦コイル部分に対応する前記第四磁石の裏側の磁極極性と前記第三磁石の裏側の磁極極性は同様であり、第二偏移コイル部分に対応する前記第四磁石の裏側の磁極極性と前記第三磁石の裏側の磁極極性は反対である、ことを特徴とする鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。 - 前記鏡筒ベースの外側には内外の磁場を遮断する金属磁石ヨークが装着され、金属磁石ヨークの内部には磁石が固定装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記鏡筒ベースの上部には上部弾性部品が固定設置され、鏡筒ベースの底部には底部弾性部品が固定設置され、鏡筒ベースは上部弾性部品と底部弾性部品によって金属磁石ヨーク内に懸垂する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記上部弾性部品の上下両側には絶縁ワッシャーがそれぞれ設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
- 前記第二磁石及び/若しくは第四磁石は、平面二端磁極形成方法で1つの磁石の同一側に方向が反対の2つの磁極極性を形成することで形成するか、又は磁極極性方向が反対の二個の磁石を接続させることで形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鏡筒の傾斜制御可能なボイスコイルモータ構造。
