Claims (10)
- 電力系統における系統状態を管理する電力系統管理装置において、
前記電力系統から取得した系統情報に基づいて、前記電力系統を2以上の部分系統に分類する部分系統設定部と、前記部分系統設定部で設定された部分系統に1又は2以上の目的関数を設定する目的関数設定部と、前記目的関数設定部で設定された目的関数に基づいて、前記部分系統の系統状態を求める部分系統算出部と、前記部分系統ごとの優先度に基づいて重み付けを設定する優先度設定部とを備え、
前記部分系統算出部で求めた2以上の前記部分系統の系統状態、及び前記優先度設定部で設定された重み付けに基づいて、前記電力系統の系統状態を求めることを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記部分系統算出部は、前記目的関数設定部で設定された目的関数に重み付けを行い、前記部分系統の系統状態を求めることを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記目的関数には、燃料コスト、送電損失、系統安定度、制御機器動作回数に関する関数の何れか1以上の関数を含むことを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記優先度とは、前記部分系統の系統状態の計測又は推定精度に基づく情報を含むことを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記部分系統設定部は、自然エネルギーの導入量、負荷に対する自然エネルギーの導入率、自然エネルギーの発電量予測精度、電力系統内の電力潮流変化量、電力系統内の電圧変化量、前記電力系統管理装置の制御可否、前記電力系統管理装置の状態監視可否の何れか1つ以上を含む情報に基づいて、前記電力系統を2つ以上の部分系統に分類することを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
更に電力系統における系統状態を含む情報を取得する通信部を備えることを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記電力系統管理装置で求めた前記電力系統の系統状態に基づいて、前記電力系統の制御機器に対して制御指令を送信することを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
更に前記電力系統管理装置で求めた前記電力系統の系統状態を表示する表示部を備えることを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力系統管理装置において、
前記部分系統算出部は、線形計画法、非線形計画法、内点法、遺伝的アルゴリズム、進化的プログラミング、タブーサーチ、ニューラルネットワーク、PSOの何れかを含む手法を用いて、前記目的関数設定部で設定された目的関数を最小又は最大とする部分系統の系統状態を求めることを特徴とする電力系統管理装置。 - 電力系統における系統状態を管理する電力系統管理方法において、
前記電力系統から取得した系統情報に基づいて、前記電力系統を2以上の部分系統に分類するステップと、前記部分系統に1又は2以上の目的関数を設定するステップと、前記目的関数に基づいて、前記部分系統の系統状態を求めるステップと、前記部分系統ごとの優先度に基づいて重み付けを設定するステップと、2以上の前記部分系統の系統状態、及び前記重み付けに基づいて、前記電力系統の系統状態を求めるステップとを含むことを特徴とする電力系統管理方法。
