Claims (8)
- クリープ強さを向上させたプラスチック製燃料タンクの製造方法であって、
(a)2つの別々の部分を有するプラスチック製のパリソンを、2つのキャビティを有する開いた型内に挿入する工程と、
(b)前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を連結するためのロッドであって、互いをクリップ留めする器具を備えた2つの部品に作られている前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を、クリップ留めされない状態でコアに支持し、該コアを、前記パリソンの内側に挿入する工程と、
(c)前記型が閉じられ、その後、前記コアを通じて前記パリソンをブロー成形することによって且つ/又は前記型のキャビティの後方に吸引力を生じさせることによって、前記パリソンを前記キャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(d)前記コアに備えられた移動装置を用いて、前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を前記パリソンの2つの部分のそれぞれに押し付け、前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を前記パリソンの2つの部品のそれぞれに溶着する工程と、
(e)前記型が開かれ、その後、前記コアを引出す工程と、
(f)前記型を再び閉じ、それらの2つのキャビティを互いに合わせ、前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を前記キャビティの周囲に沿って把持して前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を互いに溶着させる工程と、
(g)加圧流体を前記型内に注入し、且つ/又は、真空を前記型のキャビティの後方に生じさせて前記パリソンを前記型のキャビティにしっかりと押し付ける工程と、
(h)前記型を開いて前記燃料タンクを取出す工程と、
(i)前記型からの取出し後における前記燃料タンクの収縮により、前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を自然に互いにクリップ留めさせ、且つ/又は、前記燃料タンクの壁に外部圧力を加えて前記クリップ留めを実施する工程と、
を有する方法。 - 前記工程(f)における溶着により、溶着シームを形成し、
前記工程(i)中に、前記燃料タンクを自動車両のシャーシに取り付けるためのパッド又は突出部を残すように前記溶着シームが部分的に除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記工程(f)に代えて次の工程(f1)を有し、前記工程(i)を有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
(f1)前記型を再び閉じ、それらの2つのキャビティを互いに合わせ、前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を互いにクリップ留めさせ、且つ前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を前記キャビティの周囲に沿って把持して前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を互いに溶着させる工程。 - 前記工程(f)に代えて次の工程(f2)を有し、前記工程(i)に代えて次の工程(i1)を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
(f2)前記型を再び閉じ、それらの2つのキャビティを互いに合わせ、前記ロッドの前記2つの部品を互いにクリップ留めさせ、且つ前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を前記キャビティの周囲に沿って把持して前記パリソンの前記2つの部分を互いに溶着させ、溶着シームを形成する工程。
(i1)前記型から取出した前記前記燃料タンクを自動車両のシャーシに取り付けるためのパッド又は突出部を残すように前記溶着シームが部分的に除去される工程。 - 加圧流体を前記型内に注入することによって、前記燃料タンクを成形し、
前記パリソンは、押出加工された円筒形パリソンを切断することによって得られた2つの別々の部分で構成される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 真空を前記型のキャビティの後方に生じさせることによって、前記燃料タンクを成形し、
前記パリソンは、2枚の押出成形されたシートで構成される、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記移動装置は、油圧ラムである、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ロッドは、前記燃料タンクと類似した燃料タンクの製造によって生じた廃棄物から作られる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
