Claims (3)
- 第一作動媒体で作動される第一ランキンサイクルと、前記第一作動媒体よりも低沸点の第二作動媒体で作動される第二ランキンサイクルと、から構成される廃熱回収ランキンサイクルシステムであって、
前記第一ランキンサイクルは、
前記第二作動媒体によって、前記第一作動媒体が凝縮される第一凝縮器を具備し、
前記第二ランキンサイクルは、
前記第一凝縮器に前記第二作動媒体を供給する復水ポンプと、
前記第二作動媒体の流量を変更する調量弁と、
前記第一凝縮器で加熱された前記第二作動媒体を気相と液相とに分離する気液分離装置と、を具備し、
前記第二作動媒体の気相が膨張機に供給され、前記第二作動媒体の液相が熱交換器に供給され、
制御装置が、
前記熱交換器に供給される給水と前記第二作動媒体との間で熱交換される熱量を増加させる場合、前記第二作動媒体の流量を増大させるように前記復水ポンプの運転状態及び前記調量弁の開度を制御し、
前記熱交換器に供給される給水と前記第二作動媒体との間で熱交換される熱量を減少させる場合、前記第二作動媒体の流量を減少させるように、前記復水ポンプの運転状態及び前記調量弁の開度を制御するようにプログラムされている
廃熱回収ランキンサイクルシステム。 - 前記気液分離装置が前記第二作動媒体から気相を分離できる限界の液面位置が検出される液面検出手段を更に備え、前記制御装置は、前記液面検出手段によって前記液面位置が検出されると、前記第二作動媒体の流量を増加させるように、前記復水ポンプの運転状態及び前記調量弁の開度を制御する請求項1に記載の廃熱回収ランキンサイクルシステム。
- 冷却水によって前記膨張機から排出された前記第二作動媒体が凝縮される第二凝縮器と、前記給水が供給される供給先に前記給水に代えて前記冷却水が供給されるように前記冷却水の経路が変更される切り替え弁と、を更に備え、前記制御装置は、前記給水と前記第二作動媒体との間で熱交換される給水の単位流量当たりの熱量が、前記第二凝縮器において前記冷却水と前記第二作動媒体との間で熱交換される冷却水の単位流量当たりの熱量以下の場合に、前記冷却水が前記給水先に供給されるように前記切り替え弁を切り替える請求項1又は請求項2に記載の廃熱回収ランキンサイクルシステム。
