Claims (7)
- ガスタービンの燃焼室の脈動を低減するためのダンパであって、
入口と、前記燃焼室の内部および共振器キャビティに流体接続したネックチューブとを有する共振器キャビティと、
前記ネックチューブと回転可能に接続され、かつ前記共振器キャビティと前記燃焼室との間に挿入され、前記燃焼室と前記共振器キャビティとの間の相対回転を可能にする補償アセンブリとを備えており、
前記ネックチューブは、第1の端部において、前記燃焼室の壁部に気密に取り付けられており、かつ前記補償アセンブリは、前記ネックチューブの第2の端部に回転可能に接続されており、
前記補償アセンブリは、前記ネックチューブの前記第2の端部に形成された球状部と、該球状部と気密に嵌合したソケット部とを備えており、前記燃焼室と前記共振器キャビティとの間に前記相対回転を提供していることを特徴とする、ダンパ。 - 前記燃焼室の前記壁部は、内壁と、該内壁より半径方向外側に位置した外壁とを備えており、
前記ネックチューブは、前記第1の端部において、前記燃焼室の前記内壁に気密に取り付けられており、かつ前記外壁の開口部を通って延びており、前記ネックチューブと前記開口部との間に生じる隙間を覆うために、ハトメが、前記ネックチューブの周囲に気密に取り付けられている、請求項1記載のダンパ。 - 前記補償アセンブリは、前記ソケット部に形成された第1の摺動部と、該第1の摺動部に気密に嵌合している第2の摺動部とをさらに備えており、前記第1の摺動部と前記第2の摺動部との間に、前記ネックチューブの長手方向軸線に平行な方向に沿った相対摺動を提供する、請求項1または2記載のダンパ。
- 前記補償アセンブリは、前記第2の摺動部に形成された第3の摺動部と、該第3の摺動部に気密に嵌合している、前記共振器キャビティの前記入口に形成された第4の摺動部とをさらに備えており、前記第3の摺動部と前記第4の摺動部との間に、前記ネックチューブの前記長手方向軸線を横断する方向の相対摺動を提供している、請求項3記載のダンパ。
- 前記補償アセンブリは、前記第2の摺動部に形成された第3の摺動部と、該第3の摺動部に気密に嵌合している、前記燃焼室の前記壁部に形成された第4の摺動部とをさらに備えており、前記第3の摺動部と前記第4の摺動部との間に、前記ネックチューブの前記長手方向軸線を横断する方向の相対摺動を提供している、請求項3記載のダンパ。
- 前記第3の摺動部は、該第3の摺動部に形成された突出部を備えており、該突出部は、前記第4の摺動部に対して気密に摺動することができる、請求項4又は5記載のダンパ。
- 請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載のダンパを有する燃焼チャンバ。
