Claims (6)
- 所定の検出対象を発生させる発生部と、
前記発生部により発生した前記検出対象を検出する検出部と、
前記発生部及び前記検出部が設けられる基板と、
前記発生部と前記検出部との間の空間である被検出領域で動作することで前記検出対象に影響を与える部材と、
前記基板に設けられた前記発生部及び前記検出部並びに前記部材を収納する円筒状の筐体と
を備え、
前記筐体は、前記部材を動作可能に支持する第1筐体と、前記基板の一部分が固定される第2筐体とを有し、
前記基板は、前記発生部が設けられる第1部分と前記検出部が設けられる第2部分とが一体であり、前記第1部分の前記発生部が設けられた面と前記第2部分の前記検出部が設けられた面とが対向する湾曲形状又は折り曲げ形状を有し、
前記第1部分又は前記第2部分の一方は、前記第2筐体に固定され、
前記第1部分又は前記第2部分の他方は、前記被検出領域の反対側の面が前記第1筐体に接着され、
前記第2筐体は、前記一方を挟んで対向するように設けられた2つの支持部を有し、
前記2つの支持部は、前記一方が有する円状の外周縁と当接する円弧状の内周部と、前記第1筐体の円筒状の内周面に沿う円弧状の外周部とを有する
センサ。 - 前記他方の前記被検出領域の反対側の面は、板状部材を介して前記第1筐体に接着される
請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記板状部材は、一方の面が前記他方の前記被検出領域の反対側の面に接着された状態で、他方の面が前記第1筐体に接着される
請求項2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記他方の前記被検出領域の反対側の面は、接着剤で前記第1筐体に接着される
請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサは、ロータリエンコーダであり、
前記基板は、
前記第1部分と前記第2部分とを接続する接続部と、
前記発生部及び前記検出部に接続される配線を含むハーネス部を備え、
一端側から他端側に向かって、前記他方、前記接続部、前記一方、前記ハーネス部の順で配置される一体の基板であり、
前記基板の形状は、前記第1部分と前記接続部との境目及び前記第2部分と前記接続部との境目で折れ曲がって前記発生部と前記検出部とが対向するコの字形状である
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 所定の検出対象を発生させる発生部と、前記発生部により発生した前記検出対象を検出する検出部と、前記発生部及び前記検出部が設けられる基板と、前記発生部と前記検出部との間の空間である被検出領域で動作することで前記検出対象に影響を与える部材と、前記基板及び前記部材を収納する筐体とを備えるセンサの製造方法であって、
前記発生部が設けられる第1部分と前記検出部が設けられる第2部分とが一体である基板を形成し、
前記基板の一方の面における前記第1部分に板状部材の一方の面を接着し、
前記基板の他方の面における前記第1部分に発生部を設け、前記基板の他方の面における前記第2部分に検出部を設け、
前記基板の形状を前記第1部分の前記発生部が設けられた面と前記第2部分の前記検出部が設けられた面とが対向する湾曲形状又は折り曲げ形状とし、
前記部材を動作可能に支持する第1筐体と、前記基板の一部分である前記第2部分が固定される第2筐体とを有する円筒状の筐体を形成し、
前記第2部分を挟んで対向するように設けられた2つの支持部を前記第2筐体に設け、
前記2つの支持部を、前記一部分が有する円状の外周縁と当接する円弧状の内周部と、前記第1筐体の円筒状の内周面に沿う円弧状の外周部とを有する形状とし、
前記第2部分を前記第2筐体に固定し、
前記板状部材の他方の面を前記第1筐体に接着する
