Description
一体型容器91の場合は、カバーラック6に、磁力体カバー51の開口部が複数のノズル31の先端部の中心間隔と等しくなるよう、一体型容器91を配置することもできる。
反応容器2と磁力体カバー51を一体型容器91として提供する効果として、使用消耗品数削減によるユーザ作業の簡便性向上と、反応容器2廃棄時に閉栓することによるコンタミネーション低減がある。
磁性体カバー51で反応部21aを閉栓することにより、何らかの理由で処理の不完全な生物学的試料や磁性ビーズ81の表面に吸着しなかった核酸成分の拡散の可能性を低減し、次回以降の核酸抽出用試料へのコンタミネーションを低減する効果がある。

- シリカコーティングされた磁性ビーズを用いた核酸抽出に用いる磁力体カバーであって、
磁石棒を覆う磁力体カバー部と、
前記磁力体カバー部の周囲を覆う壁部と、
前記磁力体カバー部と前記壁部とをそれぞれの部材の上端部で連結する蓋部と、を備え、
前記壁部は、前記磁力体カバー部と前記壁部との間に位置する反応容器からの飛散を遮蔽し、
前記壁部は前記磁力体カバー部より長さが長いことを特徴とする、磁力体カバー。 - 請求項1において、
前記磁力体カバー部の断面形状は、円形であることを特徴とする磁力体カバー。 - 請求項1において、

前記壁部は、前記磁力体カバー部と前記壁部との間に位置する反応容器からの飛散を遮蔽し、
前記壁部は磁力体カバー部より長さが長いことを特徴とする、核酸抽出装置。 - 請求項5において、
