下肢部における着圧を段階的に変化させた弾性ハイソックス(商品名「スリムウォーク美脚ソックス」(ピップ株式会社製))の着用又は未着用の被験者の脹脛部に対して、実施例1の身体着用具を10mmHg以内の圧迫圧(但し、弾性ハイソックス着用時には20mmHg以内)でしっかりと密着した状態で巻いて固定し、足関節最大背屈運動を連続して行わせ、下腿内側で収縮・弛緩期の圧迫圧を衣服圧測定器(株式会社エイエムアイ・テクノ社製 AMI3037)にて測定することにより(図2参照)、収縮・弛緩期圧差を求めた(n=22)。また、比較のため、前記身体着用具を装着せず、前記弾性ハイソックスのみの着用時における収縮・弛緩期圧差についても、同様に測定した。
得られた結果を表2に示す。この結果から、実施例1の身体着用具は、弾性ハイソックスに比べて、収縮・弛緩期圧差が著しく大きく、効果的に静脈環流を促進し得ることが示唆された。

The obtained results are shown in Table 2. From this result, it was suggested that the body wear device of Example 1 has a significantly large difference between the systolic and diastolic pressures as compared with the elastic high socks, and can effectively promote venous perfusion.

下肢部における着圧を段階的に変化させた弾性ハイソックス(商品名「スリムウォーク美脚ソックス」(ピップ株式会社製))の着用又は未着用の被験者の脹脛部に対して、実施例1の身体着用具を10mmHg以内の圧迫圧(但し、弾性ハイソックス着用時には20mmHg以内)でしっかりと密着した状態で巻いて固定し、足関節最大背屈運動を行わせ、総大腿静脈の流速を超音波検査機(株式会社日立メディコ社製 HI VISON Avius)にて測定した(n=24)。また、比較のため、前記身体着用具を装着せず、前記弾性ハイソックスのみを着用した場合、及び前記身体着用具を装着せず、前記弾性ハイソックスも着用しなかった場合における総大腿静脈の流速についても、同様に測定した。

試験例2
表3に示す5種の素材の本体部(アーチ状(中心角40度、内径50cm、外径70cm、厚さ1〜3mm)の一方の端部に雄型面ファスナーを設け、他方に雌型面ファスナーを設けた身体着用具(実施例及び比較例1〜3)を用いて、足の疲れ及びむくみに対する効果を評価した。具体的には、足の疲れ及びむくみを気にしている16名の女性をモニターとして、下腿部(両足)に各身体着用具を8時間装着させて、日常生活を行わせた。なお、各身体着用具の装着時には、ソックスの着用は行わなかった。各身体着用具の装着後の足の疲労感及びむくみの程度について、下記の判定基準に従って評点化した。
<足の疲労感及びむくみの判定基準>
5点:足の疲労感及びむくみは殆ど感じなかった。
4点:足の疲労感及びむくみは僅かにしか感じなかった。
3点:足の疲労感及びむくみは、通常時に比べて軽減されている実感はあるが、依然とし
て足の疲労感及びむくみは感じられる。
2点:足の疲労感及びむくみは、通常時と同等であった。
1点:足の疲労感及びむくみは、通常時と比較して悪化していた。

表4に示す2種の素材の本体部(アーチ状(中心角40度、内径50cm、外径70cm、厚さ1〜3mm)の一方の端部に雄型面ファスナーを設け、他方に雌型面ファスナーを設けた身体着用具(実施例及び比較例3)を、下肢部における着圧を段階的に変化させたハイソックス(商品名「スリムウォーク美脚ソックス」(ピップ株式会社製))着用時に装着させて、足の疲れ及びむくみに対する効果を評価した。具体的には、足の疲れ及びむくみを気にしている16名の女性をモニターとして、下肢部における着圧を段階的に変化させたハイソックス(商品名「スリムウォーク美脚ソックス」(ピップ株式会社製))を着用した下腿部に、各身体着用具を8時間装着させて、日常生活を行わせた。各身体着用具の装着後の足の疲労感及びむくみについて、上記試験例2と同様の方法で評価を行った。
