Description
R1は、水素、ヒドロキシル、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択され、但し、前記アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基及びアラルキル基は、S、O、P及び/又はSiから選択されるヘテロ原子を含有する1つ又はそれ以上の基により必要に応じて置換されていてもよい;
R2は、−C(R6)(R5)−C(=O)−R4、−C(R6)(R5)−C(=S)−R4及び−C(R6)(R5)−C(=N)−R4から選択され、但し、式中、R4、R5及びR6は、水素、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜12個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、アリール、アラルキル、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ、及び、アリールオキシから選択される;
R3は、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択される。

Butanox(登録商標)P50−メチルイソプロピルケトンペルオキシド(フタル酸ジメチルにおける50wt%;前身のAkzoNobel)
Butanox(登録商標)M50−活性酸素含有量が8.9wt%であるメチルエチルケトンペルオキシド(フタル酸ジメチルにおける50wt%;前身のAkzoNobel)

イミン1−4−(n−ブチルアミノ)−3−ペンテン−2−オン
イミン2−エチル−3−(n−ブチルアミノ)−2−ブテノアート
イミン3−3−(n−ブチルアミノ)−N,N−ジエチル−2−ブテンアミド
ゲル化時間(GT)=実験開始から浴温度を5.5℃超えるまでの間に経過した時間(分単位)。
ピーク発熱到達時間(TTP)=実験開始から、ピーク発熱に達したときまでの間に経過した時間。
ピーク発熱(PE)=達した最大温度。
本願発明には以下の態様が含まれる。
[1]
熱硬化樹脂を硬化させるためのプロセスであって、前記樹脂を、
(i)構造C(R 2 )(R 3 )=N−R 1 のイミン(但し、式中、
・R 1 は、水素、ヒドロキシル、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択され、但し、前記アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基及びアラルキル基は、S、O、P及び/又はSiから選択されるヘテロ原子を含有する1つ又はそれ以上の基により必要に応じて置換されていてもよく;
・R 2 は、C(R 6 )(R 5 )−C(=O)−R 4 、−C(R 6 )(R 5 )−C(=S)−R 4 及び−C(R 6 )(R 5 )−C(=N)−R4から選択され、但し、式中、R 4 、R 5 及びR 6 は、水素、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜12個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、アリール、アラルキル、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ、及び、アリールオキシから選択され;
・R 3 は、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択される)、及び
(ii)メチルイソプロピルケトンペルオキシド
と接触させる工程を含むプロセス。

R 2 が式−C(H)(R 5 )−C(=O)−R 4 を有する、上記[1]に記載のプロセス。
[3]
R 5 が水素である、上記[1]又は[2]に記載のプロセス。
[4]
R 4 がアルコキシ基であり、かつ、R 3 がアルキル基である、上記[1]から[3]のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
[5]
R 4 がエトキシ基である、上記[4]に記載のプロセス。
[6]
R 3 がメチル基である、上記[4]又は[5]に記載のプロセス。
[7]
R 1 が、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、t−ブチル、t−アミル、シクロヘキシル及びヒドロキシエチルから選択される、上記[1]から[6]のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
[8]
前記樹脂が100重量部の樹脂あたり0.5重量部〜2重量部のイミンの量で前記イミンと接触させられる、上記[1]から[7]のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
[9]
前記樹脂が100重量部の樹脂あたり1重量部〜2重量部のイミンの量で前記メチルイソプロピルケトンペルオキシドと接触させられる、上記[1]から[8]のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
Claims (9)
- 熱硬化樹脂を硬化させるためのプロセスであって、前記樹脂を、
(i)構造C(R2)(R3)=N−R1のイミン(但し、式中、
・R1は、水素、ヒドロキシル、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択され、但し、前記アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基及びアラルキル基は、S、O、P及び/又はSiから選択されるヘテロ原子を含有する1つ又はそれ以上の基により必要に応じて置換されていてもよく;
・R 2 は、C(R 6 )(R 5 )−C(=O)−R 4 、及び−C(R 6 )(R 5 )−C(=S)−R 4 から選択され、但し、式中、R4、R5及びR6は、水素、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜12個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、アリール、アラルキル、1個〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ、及び、アリールオキシから選択され;
・R3は、1個〜22個の炭素原子を有する直鎖アルキル又は分岐アルキル、3個〜22個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルキル、6個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアリール、及び、7個〜22個の炭素原子を有するアラルキルから選択される)、及び
(ii)メチルイソプロピルケトンペルオキシド
と接触させる工程を含むプロセス。 - R2が式−C(H)(R5)−C(=O)−R4を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- R5が水素である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- R4がアルコキシ基であり、かつ、R3がアルキル基である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- R4がエトキシ基である、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- R3がメチル基である、請求項4又は5に記載のプロセス。
- R1が、n−プロピル、イソプロピル、n−ブチル、t−ブチル、t−アミル、シクロヘキシル及びヒドロキシエチルから選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記樹脂が100重量部の樹脂あたり0.5重量部〜2重量部のイミンの量で前記イミンと接触させられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記樹脂が100重量部の樹脂あたり1重量部〜2重量部のイミンの量で前記メチルイソプロピルケトンペルオキシドと接触させられる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
