Description
前記電池蓋は前記絶縁体を係合する電池蓋側固定部を有し、前記絶縁体は前記集電板を固定する集電板側固定部を有することを特徴としている。
図1は、本実施形態に係わるリチウムイオン二次電池の外観斜視図、図2は、図1に示されるリチウムイオン二次電池の分解斜視図である。
まず、電池蓋3の電池外側にて、第1の絶縁体64とガスケット66を電池蓋3の開口部3aに位置合わせして配置する。そして、正極端子ボルト63のヘッド部63bを第1の絶縁体64に設けられた凹部64bに挿入し、正極端子61のボルト挿通孔61bに正極端子ボルト63の軸部63aを挿入する。
正極接続電極67の下面67bに、導電板68のフランジ部68bを接面させて、レーザー溶接により互いに接合し、密閉封止する。導電板68は、正極端子61のかしめ部61eを避けるようにドーム形状をしており、より少ないスペースで導電板68の表面積を、より大きく確保できるようになっている。したがって、電池容器2の内圧が上昇したときに、導電板68が変形しやすくなり、より低圧にて確実な電流遮断が可能になる。
正極集電板21は、基部22に数箇所の支持穴22bが設けられており、第2の絶縁体65の下面である電池内側平面部でかつ支持穴22bに対向する位置には、支持穴22bに挿通される凸部65cが設けられている。正極集電板21は、凸部65cを支持穴22bに挿入して凸部65cの先端を加熱変形させて拡径する熱溶着により、第2の絶縁体65に係合され、基部22の上面が第2の絶縁体65の下面に接面した状態でかしめ固定される。

Claims (10)
- 扁平状の電極群と、
該電極群に電気的に接続された集電板と、
該集電板と前記電極群を収容する電池缶と、
該電池缶の開口部を閉塞する電池蓋と、
該電池蓋に設けられ、接続部材を介して該集電板と接続される電極端子と、
該電極端子と該電池蓋との間に介在されて絶縁及びシールするガスケットと、を有する角形二次電池であって、
前記集電板と前記電池蓋との間には絶縁体が設けられ、
前記電池蓋は前記絶縁体を係合する電池蓋側固定部を有し、
前記絶縁体は前記集電板を固定する集電板側固定部を有し、
前記電池蓋側固定部は前記電池蓋から電池内側に突出する凸部が、前記絶縁体の前記電池蓋に対向する対向面に穿設された固定穴に挿通された状態でかしめられており、前記絶縁体と前記電池蓋との間を固定していることを特徴とする角形二次電池。 - 扁平状の電極群と、
該電極群に電気的に接続された集電板と、
該集電板と前記電極群を収容する電池缶と、
該電池缶の開口部を閉塞する電池蓋と、
該電池蓋に設けられ、接続部材を介して該集電板と接続される電極端子と、
該電極端子と該電池蓋との間に介在されて絶縁及びシールするガスケットと、を有する角形二次電池であって、
前記集電板と前記電池蓋との間には絶縁体が設けられ、
前記電池蓋は前記絶縁体を係合する電池蓋側固定部を有し、
前記絶縁体は前記集電板を固定する集電板側固定部を有し、
前記集電板側固定部は前記絶縁体から突出する凸部が、前記集電板の前記絶縁体に対向する対向面に穿設された支持穴に挿通された状態でかしめられており、前記絶縁体と前記集電板との間を固定していることを特徴とする角形二次電池。 - 前記接続部材は、電池内圧の上昇により前記電極端子と前記集電板との間の電気的な接続を遮断する電流遮断手段であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断手段は、前記電極端子に電気的に接続される接続電極と、該接続電極に接合されて電池内圧の上昇により変形する導電板と、を有し、
前記接続電極は、前記電極端子のかしめによって前記電池蓋に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の角形二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、前記接続電極と前記電池蓋との間に前記絶縁体を介在させて前記接続電極と前記絶縁体とを一体に電池蓋に固定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、前記接続電極と前記電池蓋との間に前記ガスケットを介在させて前記接続電極と前記ガスケットとを一体に前記電池蓋に固定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の角形二次電池。
- 扁平状の電極群と、
該電極群に電気的に接続された集電板と、
該集電板と前記電極群を収容する電池缶と、
該電池缶の開口部を閉塞する電池蓋と、
該電池蓋に設けられ、該集電板を固定する電極端子と、
該電極端子と該電池蓋との間に介在されて絶縁及びシールするガスケットと、を有する角形二次電池であって、
前記集電板と前記電池蓋との間には絶縁体が設けられ、
前記電池蓋は前記絶縁体を係合する電池蓋側固定部を有し、
前記絶縁体は前記集電板を固定する集電板側固定部を有し、
前記電池蓋側固定部は前記電池蓋から電池内側に突出する凸部が、前記絶縁体の前記電池蓋に対向する対向面に穿設された固定穴に挿通された状態でかしめられており、前記絶縁体と前記電池蓋との間を固定していることを特徴とする角形二次電池。 - 扁平状の電極群と、
該電極群に電気的に接続された集電板と、
該集電板と前記電極群を収容する電池缶と、
該電池缶の開口部を閉塞する電池蓋と、
該電池蓋に設けられ、該集電板を固定する電極端子と、

前記集電板と前記電池蓋との間には絶縁体が設けられ、
前記電池蓋は前記絶縁体を係合する電池蓋側固定部を有し、
前記絶縁体は前記集電板を固定する集電板側固定部を有し、
前記集電板側固定部は前記絶縁体から突出する凸部が、前記集電板の前記絶縁体に対向する対向面に穿設された支持穴に挿通された状態でかしめられており、前記絶縁体と前記集電板との間を固定していることを特徴とする角形二次電池。 - 前記集電板は前記電極端子にかしめ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の角形二次電池。
- 前記集電板側固定部は、熱溶着、ネジ、リベット、接着剤の少なくともいずれか一つを用いて前記絶縁体と前記集電板との間を固定することを特徴とする請求項2または8に記載の角形二次電池。
