Description
図1は、第1の実施形態における密閉式ガスヒータシステム100の外観例を示した外観斜視図である。本実施形態における密閉式ガスヒータシステム100は、都市ガス等と燃焼用酸化剤ガスとしての空気とが本体容器に供給される前に混合される予混合タイプとするが、かかる場合に限定されず、所謂、拡散燃焼を行う拡散タイプであってもよい。
次に、第2の実施形態における仕切板224および第2配管部260について説明する。第2の実施形態では、密閉式ガスヒータ110は、さらに、第2配管部260を備え、上記第1の実施形態と仕切板224および第2配管部260が異なるので、ここでは上記第1の実施形態と同じ構成については説明を省略し、構成が異なる仕切板224および第2配管部260についてのみ説明する。
次に、第3の実施形態における加熱板326について説明する。第3の実施形態では、上記第1の実施形態と加熱板326が異なるので、ここでは上記第1の実施形態と同じ構成については説明を省略し、構成が異なる加熱板326についてのみ説明する。
次に、第4の実施形態における連続加熱炉400について説明する。なお、第4の実施形態では、上記第3の実施形態とは、連続加熱炉400の構成が異なり、連続加熱炉400に設けられる密閉式ガスヒータ310の構成は上記第3の実施形態と同じである。したがって、ここでは上記第3の実施形態と同じ構成については説明を省略し、構成が異なる連続加熱炉400についてのみ説明する。

Claims (3)
- ヒータ本体と、
前記ヒータ本体内に燃料ガスを流入させる流入孔と、
前記流入孔から流入した前記燃料ガスが燃焼する燃焼室と、
前記燃焼室における燃焼によって生じた排気ガスが導かれる導出部と、
前記導出部によって導かれた排気ガスが導出される配管部と、
を備え、
前記ヒータ本体は、
前記導出部を流通する前記排気ガスによって加熱され、被加熱物に輻射熱を伝熱する輻射面を備え、
前記輻射面には、前記導出部を流通した前記排気ガスの一部が前記被加熱物に向けて噴出する噴出口が設けられ、
前記配管部からは、前記導出部を流通した残りの排気ガスが導出されることを特徴とする密閉式ガスヒータ。 - 前記ヒータ本体は、
前記輻射面を有する加熱板と、
前記加熱板に対向配置され、前記流入孔が設けられた配置板と、
前記加熱板および前記配置板の外周に沿って配された外周壁と、
前記加熱板、前記配置板および前記外周壁によって囲繞される空間内において、前記加熱板および前記配置板と対向配置され、該配置板との間の空隙によって前記流入孔から流入した前記燃料ガスが導かれる導入部を形成すると共に、前記加熱板との間の空隙によって前記導出部を形成する仕切板と、
をさらに備え、
前記燃焼室は、前記加熱板、前記配置板、および前記外周壁で囲繞される空間内に配置されると共に、前記導入部と前記導出部とを連通する連通部に設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉式ガスヒータ。 - 請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の1または複数の密閉式ガスヒータと、
前記密閉式ガスヒータが内部に配された炉本体と、
前記炉本体内で被加熱物を搬送する搬送体と、
を備え、
前記密閉式ガスヒータは、
前記搬送体によって搬送される前記被加熱物に向けて前記噴出口から排気ガスを噴出することを特徴とする連続加熱炉。
