Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリセルで構成され、モータの駆動電源を発生する高圧バッテリと電装負荷の駆動電源を発生する低圧バッテリを含んで構成される電気自動車の電源供給システムにおいて、
外部から供給される交流電源を利用して、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルを所定の基準電圧レベルと比較して、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルが前記基準電圧レベルより高い場合前記高圧バッテリを充電し、前記基準電圧レベル以下の場合前記低圧バッテリを充電する搭載型充電器(On−Board Charger)を含み、
前記搭載型充電器は、
前記交流電源を第1直流電圧に変換して、前記高圧バッテリの充電電源として提供する高圧変換部、
前記交流電源を第2直流電圧に変換して、前記低圧バッテリの充電電源及び前記電装負荷の駆動電源として提供する低圧変換部、及び
前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルを前記の基準電圧レベルと比較して、前記高圧変換部または前記低圧変換部を選択的に駆動させる制御部を含み、
前記制御部は、第1端子が前記交流電源と固定接続され、第2端子が前記低圧変換部または前記高圧変換部に選択的に接続されるスイッチを含み、
前記スイッチは、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルが前記基準電圧レベル以下の場合、前記第2端子が前記低圧変換部に接続され、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルが前記基準電圧レベルより高い場合、前記第2端子が前記高圧変換部に接続されることを特徴とする、電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルが前記基準電圧レベル以下の場合、前記低圧変換部を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 前記制御部は、
前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧レベルが前記基準電圧レベルより高い場合、前記高圧変換部を駆動させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 前記搭載型充電器は、
外部から交流電源が供給される場合に駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 前記高圧バッテリから発生する高電圧を低電圧に変換して、前記低圧バッテリを充電する低電圧DC−DCコンバータをさらに含み、
前記低電圧DC−DCコンバータは、
前記搭載型充電器が前記高圧バッテリを充電する場合に駆動されて、前記低圧バッテリを充電することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 前記高圧バッテリは、
前記複数のバッテリセルが直列方式、または直列及び並列方式で連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車の電源供給システム。 - 複数のバッテリセルで構成され、モータの駆動電源を発生する高圧バッテリと電装負荷の駆動電源を発生する低圧バッテリと、前記高圧バッテリまたは前記低圧バッテリの充電電源を提供する搭載型充電器を含んで構成される電気自動車の電源供給システムの制御方法において、
前記搭載型充電器の制御部が、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧を所定の基準電圧と比較する段階、及び
前記制御部が前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧が前記基準電圧より大きい場合前記搭載型充電器の高圧変換部を駆動させて前記高圧変換部の出力電圧を前記高圧バッテリの充電電源として提供し、前記低圧バッテリの出力電圧が前記基準電圧以下の場合低圧変換部を駆動させて、前記低圧変換部の出力電圧を前記低圧バッテリの充電電源として提供する段階を含み、
前記高圧変換部の出力電圧を前記高圧バッテリの充電電源として提供することは、第1端子が交流電源と固定接続されるスイッチの第2端子を前記高圧変換部に接続させることを含み、
前記低圧変換部の出力電圧を前記低圧バッテリの充電電源として提供することは、前記スイッチの第2端子を前記低圧バッテリに接続させることを含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車の電源供給システムの制御方法。
