Description
陽極側外輪81と端部側外輪91は、回転軸部7と同心であって、陽極側内輪軌道溝8cと陽極側外輪軌道溝8aとが対向するように、また端部側内輪軌道溝9cと端部側外輪軌道溝9aとが対向するように、固定部300の内周面に配置される。陽極側外輪81と端部側外輪91とは、円筒型の間座11と断面がC型形状を有するCスペーサ12とによって、回転軸219方向に所定の間隔で配置される。
Claims (4)
- 電子線が照射されることでX線を放射する陽極と、前記陽極を回転させる陽極回転駆動部を備えたX線管装置であって、
前記陽極回転駆動部は、前記陽極の回転軸方向に複数の玉軸受を有しており、
前記陽極に近い側の玉軸受の固体潤滑材の融点が前記陽極から遠い側の玉軸受の固体潤滑材の融点よりも高く、
前記玉軸受の軌道溝の曲率半径の大きさが各部の温度上昇の大きさに応じて設定されることを特徴とするX線管装置。 - 電子線が照射されることでX線を放射する陽極と、前記陽極を回転させる陽極回転駆動部を備えたX線管装置であって、
前記陽極回転駆動部は、前記陽極の回転軸方向に複数の玉軸受を有しており、
前記玉軸受の軌道溝の曲率半径の大きさが各部の温度上昇の大きさに応じて設定されることを特徴とするX線管装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のX線管装置において、
前記複数の玉軸受は、前記陽極に近い側と前記陽極に遠い側との2箇所に設けられ、
前記陽極に近い側の玉軸受の内輪の軌道溝、前記陽極に近い側の玉軸受の外輪の軌道溝、前記陽極から遠い側の玉軸受の内輪の軌道溝、前記陽極から遠い側の玉軸受の外輪の軌道溝、の順に曲率半径が小さくなることを特徴とするX線管装置。 - 被検体にX線を照射するX線源と、前記X線源に対向配置され前記被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、前記X線源と前記X線検出器を搭載し前記被検体の周囲を回転する回転円盤と、前記X線検出器により検出された透過X線量に基づき被検体の断層画像を再構成する画像再構成装置と、前記画像再構成装置により再構成された断層画像を表示する画像表示装置と、を備えたX線CT装置であって、
前記X線源は、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のX線管装置であることを特徴とするX線CT装置。
