Description
円周溝を有するシャンクと、
このシャンクの前記溝に取り外し可能に固定される調整リングと
を具えた切削工具が提供され、前記調整リングは、
この調整リングの内側に突出して前記溝に係合するねじ部材が螺着される貫通ねじ穴と、
前記溝に係合し、前記貫通ねじ穴と正反対に配されて前記調整リングの内側に突出する調整部材と
を具え、前記ねじ部材は前記貫通ねじ穴内を回転可能であって、純粋に径方向を向く力を前記溝に及ぼし、それにより径方向内側への前記調整部材の変位を引き起こし、それにより前記調整部材が逆の径方向を向く力を前記溝に及ぼし、それにより曲げモーメントを前記シャンクに引き起こす。
材が前記溝の側壁に係合して前記溝の他の面には係合しない。
Claims (13)
- 円周溝(26)を有するシャンク(16)と、
このシャンク(16)の前記溝(26)に取り外し可能に固定される調整リング(22)と
を具えた切削工具(10)であって、前記調整リング(22)は、
この調整リング(22)の内側に突出して前記溝(26)に係合するねじ部材(24)が螺着される貫通ねじ穴(40)と、
前記溝(26)に係合し、前記貫通ねじ穴(40)と正反対に配されて前記調整リング(22)の内側に突出する調整部材(44)と
を具え、前記ねじ部材(24)は前記貫通ねじ穴(40)内を回転可能であって、純粋に径方向を向く力を前記溝(26)に及ぼし、それにより径方向内側への前記調整部材(44)の変位を引き起こし、それにより前記調整部材(44)が逆の径方向を向く力を前記溝(26)に及ぼし、それにより曲げモーメントを前記シャンク(16)に引き起こすことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 前記溝(26)は、径方向外側を向く円柱状の内壁(28)と、この内壁(28)から径方向外側に発散した2つの側壁(30)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記調整部材(44)は、内側を向く内側面(46)と、この内側面(46)から延在すると共に相互に分かれる2つの端面(48)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記調整部材(44)は、内側を向く内側面(46)と、この内側面(46)から延在すると共に相互に発散した2つの端面(48)とを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記溝(26)が径方向外側を向く円柱状の内壁(28)を有し、前記ねじ部材(24)がこの内壁(28)に係合して前記溝(26)の他の面には係合しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記溝(26)が2つの径方向外側に発散した側壁(30)を有し、前記調整部材(44)が前記溝(26)の側壁(30)に係合して前記溝(26)の他の面には係合しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記調整部材(44)は、内側を向く内側面(46)と、この内側面(46)から延在すると共に相互に分かれる2つの端面(48)とを有し、
前記溝(26)は、径方向外側を向く円柱状の内壁(28)と、この内壁(28)から外側に発散した2つの側壁(30)とを有し、
前記調整部材(44)は、前記端面(48)を介して前記側壁(30)に係合する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具(10)。 - 前記ねじ部材(24)が前記溝(26)の内壁(28)に係合する支承面(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記調整リング(22)は、相互に正反対に配されて相互を対向すると共に内周面(32)から内側に突出する2つの支持面(50)を具えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れかに記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記ねじ部材(24)をねじ込むことによって、前記支持面(50)は、これらが前記シャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合しない第1の位置から、これらが前記シャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合する第2の位置まで移動可能であり、それぞれの支持面(50)は、前記溝(26)に隣接しかつ前記溝(26)の何れかの側の領域にて前記シャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 前記調整リング(22)は、相互を対向し、相互に正反対に配され、内周面(32)から内側に突出する2つの支持面(50)を具えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10の何れかに記載の切削工具(10)。
- ねじ部材(24)をねじ込むことによって、前記支持面(50)は、これらがシャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合しない第1の位置から、これらがシャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合する第2の位置まで移動可能であり、それぞれの支持面(50)は、前記溝(26)に隣接しかつ前記溝(26)の何れかの側の領域にて前記シャンク(16)の外周面(18)に係合することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の切削工具(10)。
- 単一のねじ部材(24)のみが前記調整リング(22)に取り付けられて前記シャンク(16)に係合することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12の何れかに記載の切削工具(10)。
