<6>成分(C)が、N−プロピオニルポリエチレンイミン・メチルポリシロキサン共重合体である<1>〜<5>のいずれかに記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
<7>成分(C)の含有量が、1.5〜7.5質量%であり、より好ましくは2〜4質量%である<1>〜<6>のいずれかに記載の油中水型乳化化粧料。
