Claims (5)
- 回転しながら記録媒体上の現像剤像を加熱して定着させる離型層を備えた定着部材と、
前記定着部材とで記録媒体を挟んで加圧する加圧部材と、
フッ素系の樹脂材料を含む塗布材を保持する保持手段と、
熱源が設けられ、前記定着部材を加熱し、前記保持手段から受け取った前記塗布材を前記定着部材の外周面に対して周速度差を持たせて塗布する塗布手段を兼ねた加熱部材と、
を有する定着装置。 - 前記塗布材は、前記フッ素系の樹脂材料として架橋ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含んでいる請求項1に記載の定着装置。
- 前記定着部材の回転方向で前記塗布材が塗布される塗布位置よりも上流側には、前記定着部材の外周面を清掃する清掃手段が設けられている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の定着装置。
- 前記清掃手段は、弾性を有する弾性部材が外周面側に設けられた回転部材である請求項3に記載の定着装置。
- 現像剤像を形成する現像剤像形成手段と、
前記現像剤像形成手段で形成された現像剤像を記録媒体に転写する転写手段と、
幅の異なる複数種類の前記記録媒体に対応し、前記転写手段で転写された現像剤像を前記記録媒体上に定着する請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の定着装置と、
を有する画像形成装置。
