Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/116,748号(2008年11月21日出願)に基づく優先権および利益を主張する。該仮出願の全体が参照により本明細書に引用される。
本開示は、少なくとも1つの生体医用電極を含む、ガーメントデバイスに関する。
本発明は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
患者の組織に電流を印加するためのガーメントデバイスであって、
材料部材であって、該材料部材を通して開口を画定する材料部材と、
該開口にわたって延在する非伝導性多孔性材料であって、該患者の組織に向かって配向される内側表面と、該患者の組織から離れて配向される外側表面とを画定する非伝導性多孔性材料と、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面に沿って留置される少なくとも1つの電極と
を備えている、ガーメントデバイス。
(項目2)
上記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目3)
上記材料部材は、上記患者の少なくとも一部を包囲するように適合される、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目4)
上記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目5)
上記材料部材は、上記メッシュ材料の外側表面上に折畳するように構成された第1のフラップ部分を有する、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目6)
上記メッシュ材料の内側および外側表面のうちの少なくとも1つに塗布された接着剤層をさらに備えている、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目7)
エネルギー送達装置を支持するように構成された外被をさらに備えている、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目8)
上記材料部材は、上記メッシュ材料の内側表面と少なくとも1つの電極との上に折畳するように構成された第2のフラップ部分を有する、項目1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目9)
患者の組織に電流を印加するためのガーメントデバイスであって、
非伝導性多孔性材料を有するガーメントであって、該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該ガーメントの一部に沿って延在し、該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該患者の組織に向かって配向される内側表面と、該患者の組織から離れて配向される外側表面とを画定する、ガーメントと、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面上に留置される少なくとも1つの交換式電極と
を備えている、ガーメントデバイス。
(項目10)
上記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目11)
上記材料部材は、布地から構築される、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目12)
上記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目13)
上記ガーメントは、上記少なくとも1つの交換式電極を定位置に保持するように構成されている、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目14)
上記電極は、ヒドロゲルを含み、該ヒドロゲルは、上記多孔性材料と接触するように配向される、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目15)
上記ガーメントは、エネルギー送達装置を支持するように構成された外被をさらに備えている、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目16)
上記少なくとも1つの交換式電極は、該電極の内側表面および外側表面の両方に接着剤材料をさらに備えている、項目9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目17)
患者の組織に電流を印加するためのガーメントデバイスであって、
材料部材であって、該材料部材を通して開口を画定する材料部材と、
該開口にわたって延在する非伝導性多孔性材料であって、該患者の組織に向かって配向される内側表面と、該患者の組織から離れて配向される外側表面とを画定する非伝導性多孔性材料と、
該材料部材と該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面との間に脱着可能に設置される少なくとも1つの電極と
を備えている、ガーメントデバイス。
(項目18)
上記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、項目17に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目19)
上記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、項目17に記載のガーメントデバイス。
(項目20)
上記材料部材は、上記ガーメントの少なくとも1つの他の部分を被覆するように構成された少なくとも1つのフラップ部分を有する、項目17に記載のガーメントデバイス。
Claims (20)
- 患者の組織に電流を印加するためのガーメントデバイスであって、
材料部材であって、該材料部材を通して開口を画定し、かつ、第1の締結具を含む、材料部材と、
該開口にわたって延在する非伝導性多孔性材料であって、該患者の組織に向かって面する内側表面と、該患者の組織から外方を向く外側表面とを画定する非伝導性多孔性材料と、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面に沿って留置される少なくとも1つの電極と、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の該内側表面を被覆するフラップ部分であって、該フラップ部分は、閉鎖位置において該フラップ部分を固定するために、該第1の締結具と係合することが可能な第2の締結具を含む、フラップ部分と
を備えており、
該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該電極と該患者の組織との間に介在させられ、その結果、該電極が使用中である間に、該少なくとも1つの電極は、完全に非伝導性の多孔性材料を通して該患者の組織と直接的に接触する、ガーメントデバイス。 - 前記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記材料部材は、前記患者の少なくとも一部を包囲するように適合される、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記材料部材は、前記メッシュ材料の外側表面上に折畳するように構成された第2のフラップ部分を含む、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記メッシュ材料の内側および外側表面のうちの少なくとも1つに塗布された接着剤層をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- エネルギー送達装置を支持するように構成された外被をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記第2のフラップ部分は、前記非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面と、該非伝導性多孔性材料の該外側表面上に留置される少なくとも1つの別個の電極との上に折畳するように構成されている、請求項5に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 患者の組織に電流を印加するためのガーメントデバイスであって、
第1の締結具および非伝導性多孔性材料を含むガーメントであって、該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該ガーメントの一部に沿って延在し、該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該患者の組織に向かって面する内側表面と、該患者の組織から外方を向く外側表面とを画定する、ガーメントと、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面上に留置される少なくとも1つの交換式電極と、
該非伝導性多孔性材料の該内側表面を被覆するフラップ部分であって、該フラップ部分は、該非伝導性多孔性材料の該内側表面を被覆する閉鎖位置において該フラップ部分を固定するために、該第1の締結具と係合することが可能な第2の締結具を含む、フラップ部分と
を備えており、
該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該電極の使用の間に、該電極と該患者の組織との間に介在させられ、その結果、該少なくとも1つの電極は、該非伝導性多孔性材料を通して該患者の組織と直接的に接触する、ガーメントデバイス。 - 前記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、請求項9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記材料部材は、布地から構築される、請求項9に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、請求項9に記載のガーメントデバイス。

該非伝導性多孔性材料の該内側表面を被覆するフラップ部分であって、該フラップ部分は、該内側表面を被覆する閉鎖位置において該フラップ部分を固定するために、該第1の締結具と係合することが可能な第2の締結具を含む、フラップ部分と
該材料部材と該非伝導性多孔性材料の外側表面との間に脱着可能に設置される少なくとも1つの電極と
を備えており、
該非伝導性多孔性材料は、該患者の組織と該少なくとも1つの電極との間に介在させられ、その結果、該少なくとも1つの電極は、完全な非伝導性の多孔性材料を通して該患者の組織と直接的に接触する、ガーメントデバイス。 - 前記材料部材の一部分を該材料部材の別の部分と解除可能に接続するための締結機構をさらに備えている、請求項17に記載のガーメントデバイス。
- 前記非伝導性多孔性材料は、メッシュ材料である、請求項17に記載のガーメントデバイス。
