Description
本願は、米国特許法第119条(e)項に基づき、2010年1月26日に出願した米国特許仮出願第61/298238号及び2010年10月4日に出願した米国特許仮出願第61/389303号の優先権を主張し、それらの開示内容の全体は参照として本明細書中に組み入れられる。

近位セグメントから遠位セグメントに力を伝達するように構成され、関節角度の頂点を通過する近位セグメントと遠位セグメントとの間の実質的に直線に従わない1つ以上の駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器を提供する。
実質的に直線状の近位セグメントと、
ねじ付きシャフトを含み、該シャフトの周りに複数の螺旋状ファスナが螺合された実質的に直線状の遠位セグメントと、
近位および遠位セグメントが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、近位および遠位セグメントがセグメント間またはセグメントの延長間に180度未満の関節角度を形成する少なくとも1つの関節運動構成とを有し、遠位セグメントを近位セグメントの方向にまたはそこから離反する方向に関節運動させるように構成された関節運動機構と、
ファスナがねじ付きシャフトから遠位方向に抜けるように、近位セグメントから遠位セグメントに回転運動を伝達するように構成された駆動機構であって、関節角度の頂点を通過する近位セグメントと遠位セグメントとの間の実質的に直線に従わない駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器を提供する。
実質的に直線状の近位セグメントと、
実質的に直線状の遠位セグメントであって、
ウィングを含む複数のねじ付きファスナと、
ウィングがスロットから外に出るように螺旋状ファスナがスロット内に配置される長手方向スロットを有する管と、
ファスナのウィングが螺合される雌ねじ付き外層と、
を含む遠位セグメントと、
近位および遠位セグメントが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、近位および遠位セグメントがセグメント間またはセグメントの延長間に180度未満の関節角度を形成する少なくとも1つの関節運動構成とを有する関節運動機構であって、遠位セグメントを近位セグメントの方向にまたはそこから離反する方向に関節運動させるように構成された関節運動機構と、
管を回転させてファスナを遠位セグメントから抜け出させるべく、近位セグメントから遠位セグメントに回転運動を伝達するように構成された駆動機構であって、関節角度の頂点を通過する近位セグメントと遠位セグメントとの間の実質的に直線に従わない駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器を提供する。
近位シャフトおよび遠位シャフトと、
近位シャフトに接続された複数の近位ロッドと遠位シャフトに接続された複数の遠位ロッドとを含む複数のロッド対であって、回転結合器が、遠位シャフトおよび近位シャフトが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、遠位シャフトが平面継手を中心に近位シャフトに向かって関節運動する関節運動構成とを備えるように、近位ロッドおよび遠位ロッドが平面継手によって相互接続された複数のロッド対と、
遠位シャフトが直線状構成のシャフトの任意の回転位置で平面継手を中心に関節運動することができるように、ロッド対を整合させるための整合機構と、
を備えた関節運動式回転結合器を提供する。
ロッドの延長部が摺動自在に挿入される筐体であって、筐体の軸線から偏心配置されたアクスルを含む複数の円筒状筐体と、
ノブが配置された円板であって、近位シャフトから偏心配置された円板と、
を備える。
近位シャフトおよび遠位シャフトと、
近位シャフトに接続された複数の近位ロッドと遠位シャフトに接続された複数の遠位ロッドとを含む複数のロッド対であって、回転結合器が、遠位シャフトおよび近位シャフトが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、遠位シャフトが可撓性要素を中心に近位シャフトに向かって関節運動する関節運動構成とを備えるように、近位ロッドおよび遠位ロッドが可撓性要素によって相互接続された複数のロッド対と、
を備えた関節運動式回転結合器を提供する。
Claims (15)
- 遠位端および近位端を有する近位セグメントと、
遠位端および近位端を有し、近位端で近位セグメントの遠位端に接続された遠位セグメントと、
近位セグメントと遠位セグメントの間の関節角度を変化し、かつ近位および遠位セグメントが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、近位および遠位セグメントがセグメント間に180度未満の関節角度を形成する少なくとも1つの関節運動構成とを与え、関節角度を増減するように構成された関節運動機構と、
近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転を伝達するように構成された1つ以上の駆動機構であって、少なくとも1つの駆動機構が直線状構成のセグメント内に含まれ、関節運動構成において、少なくとも1つの駆動機構の少なくとも一部分が、(i)遠位セグメントの近位端に対して遠位の遠位セグメントから伸張すること、および(ii)近位セグメントの遠位端に対して近位の近位セグメントから伸張することのうちの少なくとも1つを実行する、1つ以上の駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器であって、関節運動機構は近位セグメントから伸張するレバーを備え、駆動機構はレバーと近位セグメントとの間に位置付けられる、関節運動式医療機器。 - 遠位端および近位端を有する近位セグメントと、
ねじ付きシャフトを含み、該シャフトの周りに複数の螺旋状ファスナが螺合された遠位セグメントであって、遠位端および近位端を有し、近位端で近位セグメントの遠位端に接続された遠位セグメントと、
近位セグメントと遠位セグメントの間の関節角度を変化し、かつ近位および遠位セグメントが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、近位および遠位セグメントがセグメント間またはセグメントの延長間に180度未満の関節角度を形成する少なくとも1つの関節運動構成とを与え、遠位セグメントを近位セグメントの方向にまたはそこから離反する方向に関節運動させるように構成された関節運動機構と、
ファスナがねじ付きシャフトから遠位方向に抜けるように、近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転運動を伝達するように構成された駆動機構であって、駆動機構が直線状構成のセグメント内に含まれ、駆動機構が、関節運動構成において、(i)遠位セグメントの近位端に対して遠位の遠位セグメントから伸張すること、および(ii)近位セグメントの遠位端に対して近位の近位セグメントから伸張することのうちの少なくとも1つを実行する、駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器であって、関節運動機構は近位セグメントから伸張するレバーを備え、駆動機構はレバーと近位セグメントとの間に位置付けられる、関節運動式医療機器。 - 遠位端および近位端を有する近位セグメントと、
遠位端および近位端を有し、近位端で近位セグメントの遠位端に接続された遠位セグメントであって、
ウィングを含む複数のねじ付きファスナと、
ウィングがスロットから外に出るように螺旋状ファスナがスロット内に配置される長手方向スロットを有する管と、
ファスナのウィングが螺合される雌ねじ付き外層と、
を含む遠位セグメントと、
近位セグメントと遠位セグメントの間の関節角度を変化し、かつ近位および遠位セグメントが実質的に直線を形成する直線状構成と、近位および遠位セグメントがセグメント間またはセグメントの延長間に180度未満の関節角度を形成する少なくとも1つの関節運動構成とを与える関節運動機構であって、遠位セグメントを近位セグメントの方向にまたはそこから離反する方向に関節運動させるように構成された関節運動機構と、
管を回転させてファスナを遠位セグメントから抜け出させるべく、近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転運動を伝達するように構成された駆動機構であって、駆動機構が直線状構成のセグメント内に含まれ、駆動機構が、関節運動構成において、(i)遠位セグメントの近位端に対して遠位の遠位セグメントから伸張すること、および(ii)近位セグメントの遠位端に対して近位の近位セグメントから伸張することのうちの少なくとも1つを実行する、駆動機構と、
を備えた関節運動式医療機器であって、関節運動機構は近位セグメントから伸張するレバーを備え、駆動機構はレバーと近位セグメントとの間に位置付けられる、関節運動式医療機器。 - 少なくとも1つの駆動機構は関節角度の頂点を通過しない、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 少なくとも1つの駆動機構は関節角度の内側に位置付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の医療機器。
- 少なくとも1つの駆動機構は、直線運動を医療機器の近位端から医療機器の遠位端に伝達するように構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の医療機器。
- 関節運動機構および駆動機構を被覆するシースをさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の医療機器。
- 近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転を伝達するための少なくとも1つの駆動機構は歯車機構を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の医療機器。
- 近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転を伝達するための少なくとも1つの駆動機構は可撓性シャフトを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の医療機器。
- 近位セグメント内の一部分から遠位セグメント内の一部分に回転を伝達するための少なくとも1つの駆動機構はばねを備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の医療機器。
