Description

The present invention relates to an interior decorative board, particularly an interior decorative board used for a ceiling and an inner wall.

Conventionally, as an interior decorative board, for example, a concave / convex pattern is formed on the surface of a flat rectangular substrate, and at least one of the two opposing sides is parallel to the opposing side so as not to make the seam conspicuous. There is a decorative board in which one or more decorative grooves are formed as pseudo joints (see Patent Document 1).

However, in the decorative plate, the number of the decorative grooves is small, and the arrangement and shape thereof are regular, so that it is easy to distinguish the decorative grooves from the joints after construction. For this reason, there has been a problem that it is impossible to form a ceiling surface or the like having a uniform pseudo joint pattern in which the joint is not conspicuous.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an interior decorative board capable of forming a ceiling surface or the like having a uniform pseudo joint pattern in which a joint is not conspicuous.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the interior decorative board according to the present invention forms first and second chamfered portions along opposite surface edges of a planar rectangular substrate having an uneven pattern, and the first chamfered portion. And the second chamfered portion to each other to form a joint seam,
A first decorative groove having a cross-sectional area larger than a cross-sectional area of the joint of the seam and formed in parallel along the first chamfered portion;
A second decorative groove formed in parallel between the first chamfered portion and the first decorative groove, having a cross-sectional area smaller than the cross-sectional area of the joint of the seam;
An interval having a cross-sectional area equivalent to the cross-sectional area of the first decorative groove, parallel to the second chamfered portion, and narrower than an interval between the first chamfered portion and the first decorative groove. A third decorative groove formed in
A fourth decorative groove having a cross-sectional area equivalent to the cross-sectional area of the second decorative groove and formed in parallel between the second chamfered portion and the third decorative groove;
Between the first decorative groove and the third decorative groove, it has a cross-sectional area smaller than the cross-sectional area of the first decorative groove, and is not evenly spaced in parallel along the first decorative groove. A plurality of decorative grooves formed as described above,
It consists as follows.

According to the present invention, the first and third decorative grooves having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the joint of the joint are provided with the joint of the joint formed by abutting the substrates therebetween. For this reason, by joining the substrates, the joint joint is sandwiched between the first and third decorative grooves, the line of sight of the observer is diverted, and the joint joint becomes inconspicuous.
Further, second and fourth decorative grooves that appear narrower than these are arranged between the first chamfered portion 11 and the first decorative groove 21 and between the second chamfered portion and the third decorative groove. It is. For this reason, the joint joints can be made even less conspicuous by diverting or softening the gaze of the viewer.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the first makeup groove has a cross-sectional area equivalent to the cross-sectional area of the first makeup groove between the first makeup groove and the third makeup groove. At least one decorative groove may be provided so as not to be evenly spaced in parallel along the groove.
According to the present embodiment, the joint between the decorative grooves having a cross-sectional area larger than the joint of the joint is made random to form a pseudo joint with no regularity so that the joint of the joint becomes inconspicuous.
As a different embodiment of the present invention , a plurality of vertical decorative grooves may be provided at an equal pitch along a direction orthogonal to the joint joint.
According to this embodiment, not only the presence of the first and third decorative grooves having a large cross-sectional area is diminished, but also the presence of the joint of the seam is similarly thinned so that the joint of the seam is further inconspicuous.

As another embodiment of the present invention, the decorative groove may have a V-shaped cross section.
According to the present embodiment, the decorative groove having the same shape as the joint of the joint is formed, so that the presence of the joint of the joint becomes faint and inconspicuous.

As another embodiment of the present invention, the first and second chamfered portions and the decorative groove may be formed by cutting.
According to this embodiment, since the first and second chamfered portions and the decorative groove are formed by cutting, the joints of the joints and the decorative groove are aligned, and a similar appearance can be obtained. For this reason, the joint joint becomes more inconspicuous, and a desired decorative groove can be formed easily and easily, and an interior decorative board with high productivity can be obtained.
In particular, when cutting with a V-shaped cutting tool, the cutting tool is set at a certain height from the surface of the substrate. Therefore, the cutting width of the cutting tool differs depending on the height difference in the thickness direction of the uneven pattern, and the groove width is uniform. Not like that. For this reason, even if a large number of decorative grooves are formed, only the specific decorative grooves are not conspicuous, and an interior decorative board having a natural texture as a whole can be obtained, and the regularity is further increased from the large number of decorative grooves. It ’s harder to headline.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the surface of the substrate on which the decorative groove is formed by cutting may be painted.
According to the present embodiment, a part of the decorative groove is covered with the paint, and only the specific decorative groove is not conspicuous, so that a beautiful and highly decorative interior decorative board having a more natural appearance can be obtained. effective.
There is an effect.

An embodiment of an interior decorative board according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the interior decorative board according to the present embodiment is composed of a flat rectangular substrate 10, and has a concavo-convex pattern formed on its surface by embossing or the like, and on the opposing surface edge portion. First and second chamfered portions 11 and 12 and third and fourth chamfered portions 13 and 14 shown in FIG. 2E are formed. Further, the substrate 10 is provided with a male part 15 along an adjacent edge part, and is provided with a strip-like support part 16 along another remaining edge part. A female real part (not shown) that fits into the male real part 15 is provided on the surface side base of the support part 16. Then, by fitting the male part 15 of the substrate 10 to the female part of another substrate 10 and butting the substrates 10 and 10 together, a ceiling surface, a wall surface and the like can be formed. In addition, the code | symbol described in the parenthesis next to a part number is a code | symbol for specifying cross-sectional shape.
The male real part 15, the support part 16, and the female real part may be formed as necessary and are not necessarily formed.

Examples of the substrate 10 include mineral fiber boards (rock wool boards), wood fiber boards, and volcanic glassy multilayer boards (product name: Dylite).

The substrate 10 is coated with various decorative grooves as pseudo joints in order to make the joints inconspicuous.
In other words, the substrate 10 has a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the joint at the joint, and the first decorative groove 21 (FIG. 2D) is formed in parallel along the first chamfered portion 11. . In particular, the first decorative groove 21 has a cross-sectional shape wider than the first chamfered portion 11. For this reason, the first decorative groove 21 deflects the viewer's line of sight from the joint joint formed by abutting the first and second chamfered portions 11 and 12, and does not make the joint joint conspicuous. Furthermore, even if the paint is applied after the first decorative groove 21 is formed by cutting, the first decorative groove 21 is not buried in the paint because the opening width of the first decorative groove 21 is wide.

In addition, a second decorative groove 22 (FIG. 2B) having a smaller cross-sectional area than the joint area of the joint is formed between the first chamfered portion 11 and the first decorative groove 21 in parallel. . The second decorative groove 22 is a notch groove that is deeper and narrower than the joint of the seam, and gives a sharp impression to the viewer. In particular, the second decorative groove 22 is not disposed in the middle between the first chamfered portion 11 and the first decorative groove 21, and is provided at a biased position close to the first chamfered portion 11. This is due to the following reason.
When the substrates 10 and 10 are brought into contact with each other, a first decorative groove 21 and a third decorative groove 23 described later having the same cross section as the first decorative groove 21 are arranged in parallel with the joint joint interposed therebetween. The For this reason, the first and third decorative grooves 21 and 23 having a large cross-sectional area and the joint of the joint are concentrated in one place, draw the viewer's line of sight, and make the viewer aware of the presence of the joint of the joint. End up. Therefore, in order to divert the line of sight of the viewer, a second decorative groove 22 that is narrower and sharper than these is provided between the first chamfered portion 11 and the first decorative groove 21.

On the other hand, a third decorative groove 23 (FIG. 2D) is provided in parallel along the second chamfered portion 12. The third decorative groove 23 has the same cross section as that of the first decorative groove 21, and the second chamfer is a distance narrower than the distance between the first chamfered portion 11 and the first decorative groove 21. It is formed away from the portion 12. The position where the third decorative groove 23 is formed is different from the first decorative groove 21 when the substrates 10 and 10 are brought into contact with each other when the first decorative groove 21, the joint joint and the third decorative groove 23 are formed. If the pitches are arranged at an equal pitch, regularity is generated, and the joint positions can be easily understood.

Next, a fourth decorative groove 24 (FIG. 2B) having the same cross section as the second decorative groove 22 is formed in parallel between the second chamfered portion 12 and the third decorative groove 23. The fourth decorative groove 24 is provided for the same reason as the second decorative groove 22 described above. However, unlike the second decorative groove 22, the fourth decorative groove 24 is provided at a biased position near the third decorative groove 23. This is because, when the substrates 10 and 10 are brought into contact with each other, regularity occurs when the second decorative groove 22 and the fourth decorative groove 24 are arranged line-symmetrically with respect to the joint of the seam. This is because the presence of joints can be easily understood.

Between the first and third decorative grooves 21, 23, there are two fifth and sixth decorative grooves 25, 26 (FIG. 2D) having the same cross section as the first and third decorative grooves 21, 23. Is formed. The fifth and sixth decorative grooves 25, 26 are not arranged at an equal pitch between the first and third decorative grooves 21, 23, and are offset toward the third decorative groove 23. . In particular, an interval between the first decorative groove 21 and the fifth decorative groove 25, an interval between the fifth decorative groove 25 and the sixth decorative groove 26, an interval between the sixth decorative groove 26 and the third decorative groove 23, and The intervals between the third decorative groove 23 and the first decorative groove 21 when the substrates 10 and 10 are brought into contact with each other are not all the same. This is because by making the interval between the decorative grooves random and making a pseudo joint pattern with no regularity, the presence of joint joints is not conspicuous.

さらに、前記第1化粧溝21と第5化粧溝25との間には4本の化粧溝21a(図2A),21b(図2C),21c(図2B),21d(図2B)が平行に形成されている。 Furthermore, between the first decorative groove 21 and the fifth decorative groove 25, four decorative grooves 21a (FIG. 2A), 21b (FIG. 2C), 21c (FIG. 2B), 21d (FIG. 2B) are parallel. Is formed. The four decorative grooves 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d all have a smaller cross-sectional area than the first and fifth decorative grooves, and are arranged at random rather than an equal pitch.

Further, between the fifth decorative groove 25 and the sixth decorative groove 26, three decorative grooves 25a, 25b, and 25c shown in FIG. 2B are formed in parallel. The three decorative grooves 25a, 25b, and 25c have the same cross-sectional shape, but have a smaller cross-sectional area than the fifth and sixth decorative grooves 25 and 26, and are arranged randomly rather than at an equal pitch.

Further, two decorative grooves 26 a (FIG. 2A) and 26 b (FIG. 2C) are arranged between the sixth decorative groove 26 and the third decorative groove 23. The two decorative grooves 26a and 26b have different cross-sectional areas, but both have a smaller cross-sectional area than the sixth and third decorative grooves 26 and 23, and are arranged randomly rather than at an equal pitch. .

Further, the substrate 10 is provided with a plurality of vertical decorative grooves 30 at an equal pitch along a direction orthogonal to the first and second chamfered portions 11 and 12. As shown in FIG. 2C, the depth of the vertical decorative groove 30 is equal to that of the first, second, third, and fourth chamfered portions 11, 12, 13, and 14 and deeper than the first decorative groove 21. In addition, the width dimension is V-shaped narrower than the first decorative groove 21. For this reason, the viewer is given a sharp impression and is conspicuous, and the presence of the first, third, fifth, and sixth decorative grooves 21, 23, 25, and 26 having a large cross-sectional area is reduced. Similarly, the presence of the joints formed by the first, second, third, and fourth chamfered portions 11, 12, 13, and 14 is also reduced, and there is an advantage that the joints become inconspicuous.

(Example)
A plurality of chamfered portions and decorative grooves having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 2 are cut using a V-shaped cutting tool on a 303 mm long and 606 mm wide substrate having an uneven pattern formed by embossing the surface. After formation, the surface of the substrate was painted to obtain a sample. And assuming the construction to a ceiling surface and an inner wall surface, the state which faced | matched the end surface of the said some sample was photoed. The imaging results are shown in FIGS.

(Comparative example)
A substrate having a length of 303 mm and a width of 606 mm, on which the same concavo-convex pattern as that of the above-described embodiment is formed, has the same chamfered portion (FIG. 2E) as that of the embodiment on its peripheral edge portion, and a seam on the surface. The decorative grooves (FIG. 2C) having the same cross section as the joints were provided so as to form a square lattice pattern. And the sample similar to the Example was given to the surface of the said board | substrate, and the sample was obtained. Next, a photograph was taken of the state in which the end faces of the plurality of samples were butted together. The photographing results are shown in FIGS.

By comparing FIGS. 3 and 4 with FIGS. 5 and 6, in the comparative example, since there are few makeup grooves that become pseudo joints and there is regularity, the line of sight tends to concentrate on the joints, and the square lattice pattern is conspicuous, The joint location was easy to understand.
On the other hand, the embodiment has many decorative grooves, and the width and depth are not uniform, and it is difficult to find regularity. For this reason, it was found that the joints of the seams were difficult to distinguish and relatively inconspicuous. In particular, since the first and third decorative grooves having a cross-sectional area larger than the joint of the joint are randomly arranged with the joint of the joint in between, it becomes more difficult to understand and is not conspicuous. Furthermore, since the vertical decorative grooves provided on the substrate at an equal pitch relieve the presence of other decorative grooves and joints, it has been found that the joints are even less conspicuous.

Further, by cutting the surface of the substrate having a concavo-convex pattern with a V-shaped cutter, the cutting width of the knives varies depending on the height difference in the thickness direction of the concavo-convex pattern. For this reason, the width of the decorative groove is not uniform, and even if a large number of decorative grooves are formed, only the specific decorative groove is not conspicuous, and an interior decorative board having a natural texture as a whole is obtained. .
Furthermore, by applying the paint after cutting, the decorative groove is partially covered with the paint, so that an interior decorative board having a more natural appearance was obtained.
Therefore, in the Example, the interior decorative board which gave the impression that the ceiling surface or the wall surface was coat | covered with one interior material was obtained.

Of course, the interior decorative board according to the present invention can be applied to the ceiling and the inner wall.
