- 前記複合プレートが、10%未満の可視光の透過率を有する、請求項3記載のプレート。
- 前記カバープレート(8)の方に向いた前記基材(1)の表面上に若しくは前記基材(1)の方に向いた前記カバープレート(8)の表面上に、又は熱可塑性中間層(9)において、太陽光保護コーティングが配置されている、請求項3又は4記載のプレート。
- 前記機能層(4)が、フッ素でドーピングされた酸化スズ、アンチモンでドーピングされた酸化スズ及び/又はインジウムスズ酸化物を少なくとも含有し、かつ40nm〜200nmの厚みを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 前記バリア層(5)中の前記窒化ケイ素が、アルミニウムでドーピングされた窒化ケイ素、ジルコニウムでドーピングされた窒化ケイ素又はホウ素でドーピングされた窒化ケイ素である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 前記接着層(3)が、少なくとも1種の酸化物を含有し、かつ10nm〜150nmの厚みを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 前記接着層(3)が二酸化ケイ素を含有する、請求項8記載のプレート。
- 前記反射防止層(6)が、1.8以下の屈折率を有する少なくとも1種の酸化物を含有し、かつ20nm〜150nmの厚みを有する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 前記反射防止層(6)が二酸化ケイ素を含有する、請求項10記載のプレート。
- 前記コーティング(2)の上に、少なくとも1種の酸化物を含有し、かつ2nm〜50nmの厚みを有するカバー層(7)が配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 25%以下の室内側の放射率を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 前記基材(1)が、70%以上又は50%未満の可視スペクトル領域における透過率を有する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のプレート。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の熱放射反射コーティング(2)を有するプレートの製造法であって、ここで、基材(1)上に、連続して
(a)少なくとも1つの接着層(3)、
(b)少なくとも1つの透明導電酸化物(TCO)を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層(4)、
(c)窒化ケイ素を含有する少なくとも1つの誘電バリア層(5)及び
(d)少なくとも1つの反射防止層(6)を設け、そして
(e)該基材(1)を500℃〜700℃の温度に加熱して湾曲させる、方法。 - 前記基材(1)を、工程段階(e)の後に、プレストレス又はパーシャルプレストレスにかける、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記機能層(4)の比抵抗が、工程段階(e)の前に、500・10-6オーム・cm〜3500・10-6オーム・cmであり、かつ、ここで、前記コーティング(2)の吸収率が、工程段階(e)の前に8%〜25%である、請求項15又は16記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の熱放射反射コーティングを有するプレートを、プレートとして若しくはプレートのコンポーネントとして、建築物において、又は陸上、空中若しくは水上での交通移動手段において用いる使用。
