Description
Claims (11)
- レーザービームの供給源(1)と、
前記レーザービームを平行にするように適合されたコリメータ(2)と、
平行にされた前記レーザービームを被溶接物(4)上の集中点に集束するように適合された集束手段(3)とを備え、
前記コリメータ(2)と前記集束手段(3)との間に単一の光学素子(5)が配置され、
単一の二焦点素子(6)が前記光学素子(5)と前記コリメータ(2)との間に配置されるとともに、
前記光学素子が、前記平行にされたレーザービームの軸線に対してある角度で延びる第1の方向に沿って前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合された、レーザー溶接システム。 - 前記第1の方向が、前記平行にされたレーザービームの前記軸線に対してほぼ垂直に延びる、請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- 前記光学素子(5)が、前記被溶接物(4)上の少なくとも2つの点上に前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合され、
前記少なくとも2つの点が連続して配置される、請求項1または2に記載のレーザー溶接システム。 - 前記光学素子(5)が、前記被溶接物(4)上の少なくとも1つの線に沿って前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- 前記光学素子(5)が、前記被溶接物(4)上の少なくとも2つの線に沿って前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合され、
前記少なくとも2つの線が連続して配置される、請求項4に記載のレーザー溶接システム。 - 前記光学素子(5)が、前記第1の方向および第2の方向に沿って前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合され、
前記第2の方向が、前記平行にされたレーザービームの前記軸線および前記第1の方向に対してある角度で延びる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接システム。 - 前記第2の方向が、前記平行にされたレーザービームの前記軸線および前記第1の方向に対してほぼ垂直に延びる、請求項6に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- 前記光学素子(5)が、前記被溶接物(4)上の立方形、長方形、台形、楕円形、または環状のパターンのうち少なくとも1つにしたがって、前記レーザービームの出力分布を拡散させるように適合された、請求項6または7に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- 前記光学素子(5)がマイクロレンズの配列である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- 前記光学素子(5)が回折光学素子である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のレーザー溶接システム。
- レーザービームを発生させるステップと、
コリメータ(2)を用いて前記レーザービームを平行にするステップと、
平行にされた前記レーザービームを被溶接物(4)上の集中点に集束手段(3)を用いて集束するステップとを含み、
前記レーザービームの出力分布を前記平行にされたレーザービームの軸線に対してある角度で延びる第1の方向に沿って拡散させるため、前記平行にされたレーザービームが前記コリメータ(2)と前記集束手段(3)との間に配置された単一の光学素子(5)、および前記光学素子(5)と前記コリメータ(2)との間に配置された単一の二焦点素子(6)を通過する、レーザービームを用いる溶接方法。
