Claims (2)
- Cu粉末及びSn粉末の混合粉末を焼成して部分合金化粉を得る工程と、前記部分合金化粉を含む金属粉末を圧縮成形して圧粉体を得る工程と、前記圧粉体を、750〜950℃の範囲内の焼結温度で焼結して焼結体を得る工程と、前記焼結体を所定寸法にサイジングすると共に、前記焼結体の内周面のラジアル軸受面にラジアル動圧発生部を成形する工程とを経て、表面開孔の最大径を100μm以下とした焼結軸受を得る焼結軸受の製造方法。
- 前記部分合金化粉の粒径が50μm以下である請求項1の焼結軸受の製造方法。
