Description
Claims (14)
- 生物組織サンプルからの電気的活性を試験するための装置であって、前記装置が、ウェルが設けられた本体を備え、前記装置が、使用時に前記ウェルに配置される生物組織サンプルを刺激するための刺激手段と、前記組織サンプル内の電気的活性を検出するための検出手段とをさらに備え、前記装置が、前記ウェルと流体連通する流体入口手段と、前記ウェルと流体連通する流体出口手段とをさらに備え、前記入口手段が、使用時に前記出口手段を通して流れる流体と流体接触する導電性の導管を備え、前記出口手段が、前記本体に設けられた出口通路を備え、前記導電性の導管が前記出口通路内に延びる、装置。
- 前記本体に、前記導電性の導管に電気的に接続可能な導電性の部材が設けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記導電性の導管が、室温で1×10−6Ωm未満の電気抵抗率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記導電性の導管が、室温で少なくとも10W/mKの熱伝導率を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 加熱要素が、前記導電性の導管の上流側の前記出口通路を通して流れる流体と熱接触し、これによって、前記導電性の導管を通して前記入口手段内の流体に熱を伝達するように、前記流体出口手段が、加熱要素を受容するように適応された通路を備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 生物組織サンプルからの電気的活性を試験するための装置であって、前記装置が、ウェルが設けられた本体と、使用時に前記ウェルに配置される生物組織サンプルを刺激するための刺激手段と、前記組織サンプル内の電気的活性を検出するための検出手段と、前記ウェルと流体連通する流体入口手段と、前記ウェルと流体連通する流体出口手段とを備え、前記装置が、使用時に前記ウェル、前記入口手段及び前記出口手段の少なくとも1つに含まれる流体と電気接触する導電性部材をさらに備え、前記刺激手段及び前記検出手段の少なくとも1つが、前記導電性部材に係合する導電性の把持部材を備える把持手段によって本体と係合され、前記導電性の把持部材が、使用時に前記サンプルからの前記電気的活性を記録するデータ記録システムに電気的に接続可能である、装置。
- 前記導電性部材が、使用時に前記入口手段及び前記出口手段の両方に含まれる流体と電気接触する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記導電性部材が環状リングを備える、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記環状リングが本体内に取り付けられる、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記導電性の把持部材が、前記環状リングの内面に対し半径方向外側方向に力を加える、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 生物組織サンプルからの電気的活性を試験するための装置であって、前記装置が、ウェルが設けられた本体を備え、前記装置が、使用時に前記ウェルに配置される生物組織サンプルを刺激するための刺激手段と、前記組織サンプル内の電気的活性を検出するための検出手段とをさらに備え、前記本体に、前記ウェルと流体連通する流体入口手段と、前記ウェルと流体連通する上方開口出口ポートを備える出口手段と、使用時に必要なレベルで前記上方開口出口ポートから流体を引くように適応された調整可能な流体レベル調節手段とが設けられ、前記出口手段が、前記本体に対し所定位置に実質的に固定される出口開口部を備え、前記入口手段が、使用時に前記出口手段を通して流れる流体と流体接触する導電性の導管を備え、前記出口手段が、前記本体に設けられた出口通路を備え、前記導電性の導管が前記出口通路内に延びる、装置。
- 生物組織サンプルからの電気的活性を試験するための装置に入る流体を加熱する方法であって、前記装置が、熱伝導性の入口導管を備える流体入口手段と、前記熱伝導性の入口導管と流体接触する部分を有する流体出口手段とを備え、前記入口手段が、使用時に前記出口手段を通して流れる流体と流体接触する導電性の導管を備え、前記出口手段が、前記本体に設けられた出口通路を備え、前記導電性の導管が前記出口通路内に延び、前記方法が、前記熱伝導性の入口導管の上流側の前記出口手段を通して流れる流体を加熱することと、前記熱伝導性の入口導管を通して前記出口手段内の流体から前記入口導管内の流体に熱を伝達することとを含む、方法。
- 電極用の装着手段であって、前記装着手段が、基部と、前記基部に接続された電極係合手段とを備え、前記電極係合手段が、前記電極を解放可能に把持するための第1の端部に、解放可能な電極把持手段が設けられた鞘を備え、前記鞘が、前記電極を前記鞘内に保管位置に引き込むことを可能にするように成形されかつ寸法決めされる、電極用の装着手段をさらに含む請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の生物組織サンプルからの電気的活性を試験するための装置。
