Description

Claims (14)
- 画像処理治療システムにおいて、
マイクロマニピュレータシステムと、
前記マイクロマニピュレータシステムにより支持される超音波治療システムであって、該超音波治療システムの焦点において目標組織体積内に空洞現象気泡混濁を生成するように構成された前記超音波治療システムと、
前記マイクロマニピュレータシステムにより前記超音波治療システムから離間して支持される画像処理システムであって、前記目標組織体積の1又は複数の画像を生成し、実時間画像処理で前記目標組織体積内の空洞現象気泡混濁を監視するように構成された前記画像処理システムと、を備え、
前記マイクロマニピュレータシステムは、制御システムを備え、該制御システムは、前記マイクロマニピュレータシステム及び前記超音波治療システムを自動的に位置合わせ及び移動させて、前記目標組織体積内の所望の組織を切除するために前記焦点を位置合わせし、
前記空洞現象気泡混濁は、前記超音波治療システムにより前記画像処理システムの撮像視野内に生成され、前記制御システムは、前記制御システム内で定義された治療体積内の空洞現象気泡混濁を自動的に維持して前記治療体積内の前記目標組織を除去するように、前記超音波治療システム及び前記画像処理システムの運動を独立に制御するように構成された、画像処理治療システム。 - 請求項1に記載の画像処理治療システムにおいて、
前記マイクロマニピュレータは、前記画像処理システムをヒトの男性患者の直腸内に配置し、前記画像処理システムが前記直腸内にある間に前記超音波治療システムを前記患者の会陰部と音響的に接触させて配置するように適合および構成された、画像処理治療システム。 - 請求項2に記載の画像処理治療システムにおいて、
前記超音波治療システムの焦点は、前記画像処理システムから0.8cm乃至4cmにある、画像処理治療システム。 - 請求項1に記載の画像処理治療システムにおいて、
前記超音波治療システムは、組織破砕術システムを含む、画像処理治療システム。 - 請求項1に記載の画像処理治療システムにおいて、
前記超音波治療システムは、8乃至40MPaの負の最大強度および10MPaを上回る正の最大強度を含むパルス強度、50周期よりも短いパルス継続時間、5%未満のデューティサイクル、および5KHz未満のパルス反復周波数、を有する、50KHzから5MHzの間の周波数で動作する音響パルスを供給するように構成される超音波治療変換器を含む、画像処理治療システム。 - 請求項1に記載の画像処理治療システムにおいて、
