Description
Claims (16)
- 血管を通じて患者に液体を供給するシステムであって、前記システムが管を有し、前記管が、血管に対する前記管の遠位端の位置をモニタリングして、前記遠位端が血管内の位置を占めているか否かを確かめる装置を有し、前記装置が、
前記遠位端を加熱する加熱素子と、
前記遠位端の外部によって伝達される熱を示す測定信号を生成するセンサ装置と、
前記測定信号を基準レベルと比較する比較器装置とを有し、前記基準レベルが前記血管内の血液の最低流速に応じて前記測定信号によって得られる値に等しい、システム。 - 前記センサ装置が、前記加熱素子が一定レベルの電力を与えられる間に前記加熱素子の温度を測定する第1の温度センサを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が、前記加熱素子から離れた位置における温度を測定する第2の温度センサを有し、前記センサ装置が前記第1及び第2の温度センサによって測定される温度間の差を測定する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱素子がサーミスタを有し、前記サーミスタがホイートストンブリッジに埋め込まれ、前記温度センサが前記サーミスタの抵抗を決定するための電圧計を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の温度センサによって測定される前記加熱素子の温度と一定基準温度との間の偏差に基づいて、前記加熱素子に与えられる前記電力を制御する制御回路を有し、前記センサ装置が前記加熱素子に与えられる前記電力を測定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱素子がサーミスタを有し、前記サーミスタがホイートストンブリッジに埋め込まれ、前記サーミスタを有する前記ホイートストンブリッジの脚にかかる電圧が動作中にフィードバック回路によって制御される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が、動作中に前記加熱素子が一定レベルの電力を与えられる間に前記管の長手方向軸に平行な成分を持つ軸に沿って前記加熱素子の両側の所定位置における温度間の差を測定する第1の温度センサを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が、動作中に前記加熱素子に与えられる前記電力が、第2の温度センサによって測定される前記加熱素子の前記温度と一定基準温度との間の偏差に基づいて制御回路によって制御される間、前記管の長手方向軸に平行な成分を持つ軸に沿って前記加熱素子の両側の所定位置における温度間の差を測定する第1の温度センサを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が、動作中に前記加熱素子が電力パルスを与えられる間に前記遠位端の温度を測定するための第1の温度センサを有し、前記センサ装置が、その後に熱パルスが前記第1の温度センサによって検出される持続期間を測定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が第1の温度センサと第2の温度センサを有し、前記第1及び第2の温度センサが前記管の長手方向軸に平行な成分を持つ軸に沿って前記加熱素子の両側の位置にあり、前記加熱素子が動作中に電力パルスを与えられ、前記センサ装置が、その後に熱パルスが前記第1及び第2の温度センサによって検出される持続期間の差を測定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- RF通信用アンテナと、前記加熱素子に電力供給するための電磁放射を受信するコイルとを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱素子と前記センサ装置が機械的に柔軟な担体に取りつけられるシリコン基板上に加工される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサ装置が熱電対列を有する温度センサを有する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 血管を通じて患者から血液を採取するように更に構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱素子と前記センサ装置が前記管の壁の中にある、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱素子と前記センサ装置が前記管と同軸上に配置される、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
