Claims (11)
- (a)少なくとも20孔/50,000μm2の孔密度を含む、第1の微孔性スキン表面と、
(b)第2の多孔性表面と、
(c)第1の微孔性スキン表面と第2の多孔性表面の間のバルクであって、少なくとも120孔/mm2の孔密度を有し、少なくとも15μmのMFP径を有するバルクと
を含み、
スルホンポリマーを含む、多孔性ポリマー膜。 - インクジェット用途に用いられる、請求項1に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 前記多孔性ポリマー膜が非対称多孔性ポリマー膜であり、1.8〜3.7の非対称比を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 前記多孔性ポリマー膜が非対称多孔性ポリマー膜であり、第2の多孔性表面が、第1の微孔性スキン表面の孔の平均孔径の少なくとも1.3倍の平均孔径を有する孔を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 第2の多孔性表面が、第1の微孔性スキン表面の孔の平均孔径の2〜15倍の範囲の平均孔径を有する孔を含む、請求項4に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 第1の微孔性スキン表面が、少なくとも10μmの平均孔径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 前記スルホンポリマーが、ポリエーテルスルホンを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 等方性膜を含む、請求項1に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜。
- 流体を、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の膜に通すステップを含む、流体を処理するための方法。
- (a)ポリマー溶液を、加熱された石製の支持体上にキャストするステップと、
(b)キャスト溶液を、調節されたファン速度による気流速度にさらしながら、少なくとも95°Fの温度に少なくとも40秒間さらすステップと、
(c)前記溶液の熱転相を誘起させて、前駆膜を形成するステップと、
(d)前駆膜を急冷するステップと
を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の多孔性ポリマー膜を作製するための方法。 - 前記加熱された石製の支持体が、少なくとも100°Fの温度を有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
