Claims (6)
- ガスタービンのためのタービンブレード(10)であって、
高温ガスが主ブレード部分(16)の周囲を流れる前記主ブレード部分(16)であって、高温ガスが共通する先縁部(18)から後縁部(20)に向かって流れる方向に延在している負圧側壁(22)及び正圧側壁(24)を備えている前記主ブレード部分(16)を備えている前記タービンブレード(10)において、
事前に前記主ブレード部分(16)を冷却する冷却剤(40)を吹き出すための少なくとも1つの開口部(28)が、前記後縁部(20)に配置されており、少なくとも1つの前記開口部(28)が、冷却流路(46)を介して、前記主ブレード部分(16)内に配置されているキャビティ(38)に流通可能に接続されており、
前記冷却流路(46)の境界が、前記負圧側壁(22)の内面(34)と前記正圧側壁(24)の内面(36)とによって形成されており、絞り要素が、前記開口部(28)から流出する冷却剤の量を設定するために設けられており、
前記絞り要素が、前記冷却流路(46)の貫流方向において前記開口部(28)の上流に、2つの突出部分(42,44)を備えており、
2つの前記突出部分(42,44)が、前記冷却流路(46)の貫流方向において、互いに対してオフセットされて配置されており、
前記突出部分(42,44)同士の間には、前記冷却流路(46)の貫流可能な最小流路断面が形成されており、
2つの前記突出部分(42,44)それぞれが、2つの前記内面(34,36)のうち一方の内面に配置されていると共に、絞り要素として共に機能していることを特徴とするタービンブレード(10)。 - 前記正圧側壁(24)の前記内面(36)に配置されている前記突出部分(42,44)が、前記負圧側壁(22)の前記内面(34)に配置されている前記突出部分(42,44)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 複数の前記開口部(28)が、前記後縁部(20)に配置されており、
前記冷却流路(46)が、複数の前記開口部(28)を前記キャビティ(38)に集合的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタービンブレード(10)。 - 前記突出部分(42,44)が、フィンの形態をしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
- 前記冷却流路(46)が、収束しており、
2つの前記突出部分(42,44)が、段差及び角部を有しない輪郭で前記内面(34,36)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のタービンブレード(10)。 - 前記開口部(28)が、前記正圧側壁(24)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタービンブレード(10)。
