Claims (8)
- 燃焼機関(1)の排気ライン中に還元剤を噴射するための設備であって、前記エンジン(1)から排気ガスを引き出すための排気ライン(3)と、前記排気ライン(3)内に置かれた第1のタービン(4)と、前記排気ライン中の流れに意図された方向に対して、前記排気ライン内の前記第1のタービン(4)の下流の一箇所に置かれた第2のタービン(20)と、前記排気ライン(3)中の温かい排気ガスによって暖められ、気化されてアンモニアを形成するように、前記排気ライン(3)中に還元剤を噴射する噴射手段(19)と、形成されたアンモニアによって排気ガス中の窒素酸化物が還元されるSCR触媒(29)とを備えており、ここで、前記噴射手段(19)は、前記排気ライン(3)中の流れに意図された前記方向に対して、前記排気ライン内の、前記第1のタービン(4)の下流かつ前記第2のタービン(20)の上流の一箇所に置かれているもので、本設備は、前記排気ライン(3)内の、前記噴射手段(19)の下流かつ前記第2のタービン(20)の上流の一箇所に置かれた加水分解触媒(27)と、制御ユニット(17)とを備えており、
前記SCR触媒(29)が前記第2のタービン(20)の下流に置かれていることと、本設備が、前記排気ライン(3)中の前記第2のタービン(20)の下流の一箇所において前記排気ガスの温度を監視する第2の温度センサ(28)と、排気ガスが前記第2のタービン(20)を迂回することが可能である第2のバルブ(25)を備える第2のバイパスライン(24)とを備えており、前記制御ユニット(17)が、前記第2の温度センサ(28)から情報を受信して、前記SCR触媒(29)中で窒素酸化物の有利な還元が生じるには前記排気ガスの温度が低すぎるとき、排気ガスが前記第2のタービン(20)を迂回するように前記第2のバルブ(25)を開くこととを特徴とする設備。 - 還元剤が尿素溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)が、前記排気ライン(3)中に噴射される還元剤の量を制御する、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 前記第1のタービン(4)の下流かつ前記第2のタービン(20)の上流の一箇所において排気ライン中の前記排気ガスの温度を監視する第1の温度センサ(26)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記排気ライン(3)が、排気ガスが前記第1のタービン(4)迂回することが可能である第1のバルブ(7)を備える第1のバイパスライン(6)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記制御ユニット(17)は、前記排気ガスの温度に関する情報を前記第1の温度センサ(26)から受信し、前記排気ライン(3)における前記排気ガスの温度が前記還元剤を気化させるためには低すぎるときに、排気ガスが前記第1のタービン(4)を迂回するように前記第1のバルブ(7)を開くように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の設備。
- 前記第1のタービン(4)が、前記エンジン(1)に送られる空気を圧縮するコンプレッサ(5)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記第2のタービン(20)が、トランスミッション(22)を介して前記エンジンのシャフト(21)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
