Description
Claims (1)
- 油圧ポンプから作動油が流入する流入口と、油圧タンクと連通する油圧タンク流路と、が形成されるスリーブと、
前記スリーブの内部に摺動自在に結合され、前記流入口と前記油圧タンク流路との間の流路を開閉するポペットと、
前記ポペットを付勢して前記流入口と前記油圧タンク流路との間の流路を閉止状態で弾発的に支持するポペットスプリングと、
前記スリーブ内の圧力室に設定圧力が形成されるように前記ポペットと対向するように設けられる弁座と、
前記圧力室内に設定圧力を超える高圧が発生したときに前記弁座の流路を開通させて前記圧力室内の作動油を前記油圧タンクに排出するパイロットポペットと、
前記パイロットポペットを付勢して前記弁座の流路を閉止状態で弾発的に支持するパイロットポペットスプリングと、
前記スリーブに結合されるプラグにガイドを結合すると共に、前記ガイドに結合され、且つ、外部から供給されるパイロット信号圧に応じて前記圧力室内の設定圧力を可変調整するメインピストンと、
前記メインピストンの内部の圧油が円滑に排出できるように、前記メインピストンの内部流路に対向する接触部に、ダンピングを防止すると共にスティック現象をなくすための流路を備えたストッパーと、
前記ガイドに結合され、前記メインピストンを支持するメインピストンスプリングの設定圧力を調整する調整プラグと、
前記プラグの外側面に回転可能に結合され、パイロットポートと連通する通路が形成される連結口と、を含み、
前記ダンピングを防止すると共にスティック現象をなくすための流路は、断面形状がV字状の溝形状から形成され、前記断面形状がV字状溝の円周方向に90°又は180°毎に、前記断面形状がV字状溝の長手方向に沿って凹溝が凹設されていることを特徴とする圧力制御弁。
