前記表面皮膜が、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面被膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、Al及びSiの1種又は2種並びにSnを合計で5〜50原子%を含有し、かつ、前記表面皮膜内の平均Cr濃度が、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面皮膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、前記鋼板内部のCr濃度の1.1〜3倍であり、
前記表面皮膜が、算術平均粗さRaで、0.1〜1.5μmの表面粗さを有することを特徴とする耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
Nb:0.03〜0.5%、
Ti:0.03〜0.5%、
Ni:0.1〜0.5%、
Cu:0.1〜0.5%、
Mo:0.1〜0.5%、
V:0.01〜0.5%、
Zr:0.01〜0.5%、
Co:0.01〜0.5%、
Mg:0.0001〜0.005%、
B:0.0003〜0.005%以下及び
Ca:0.005%以下
のうちから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有し、
前記表面皮膜が、さらに、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面皮膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、Al、Si、Nb及びTiの1種又は2種以上並びにSnを合計で5〜50原子%を含有することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
La:0.001〜0.1%、
Y:0.001〜0.1%、
Hf:0.001〜0.1%及び
REM:0.001〜0.1%
のうちから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)に記載の耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
Cは、耐銹性を劣化させるため、その含有量は少ないほど良いため、上限を0.03%とする。但し、過度の低減は精錬コストの増加に繋がるため、下限を0.001%とする。好ましくは、耐銹性や製造コストを考慮して0.002〜0.01%とする。
上記(A)の成分組成で、SUS304や22%Cr−1%Mo鋼と同等以上の耐銹性を満足しつつ、防眩性も得るために、鋼板の表面粗さを算術平均粗さRaで0.1μm以上とする。
これまで説明してきたように、本発明の高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板は、表面皮膜を有する。この表面皮膜内の平均Cr濃度は、鋼板内部のCr濃度の1.1倍以上であることが必要である。表面皮膜内の平均Cr濃度が、鋼板内部のCr濃度の1.1倍未満であると、防眩性を確保しつつ、所望の耐銹性を得ることができないからである。一方、表面皮膜内の平均Cr濃度の上限は高いほど良いが、後述するように、表面被膜中にAl、Si、Nb及びTiの1種又は2種以上並びにSnを合計で5〜50原子%、Snを1〜10原子%含有するため、平均Cr濃度の上限は3倍となる。ここで、鋼板内部のCr濃度とは、鋼板に含有するCr量のことである。
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、
C:0.001〜0.03%、
Si:0.01〜1%、
Mn:0.01〜1.5%、
P:0.005〜0.05%、
S:0.0001〜0.01%、
Cr:13〜30%、
N:0.001〜0.03%、
Al:0.005〜1%及び
Sn:0.01〜1%
を含有し、残部Fe及び不可避的不純物からなる鋼板が、表面皮膜を有し、
前記表面皮膜が、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面皮膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、Al及びSiの1種又は2種並びにSnを合計で5〜50原子%含有し、かつ、前記表面皮膜内の平均Cr濃度が、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面皮膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、前記鋼板内部のCr濃度の1.1〜3倍であり、
前記表面皮膜が、算術平均粗さRaで、0.1〜1.5μmの表面粗さを有することを特徴とする耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - 前記鋼板が、さらに、質量%で、
Nb:0.03〜0.5%、
Ti:0.03〜0.5%、
Ni:0.1〜0.5%、
Cu:0.1〜0.5%、
Mo:0.1〜0.5%、
V:0.01〜0.5%、
Zr:0.01〜0.5%、
Co:0.01〜0.5%、
Mg:0.0001〜0.005%、
B:0.0003〜0.005%以下及び
Ca:0.005%以下
のうちから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有し、
前記表面皮膜が、さらに、C、O及びNを除いた前記表面皮膜を構成するカチオンのみの割合で、Al、Si、Nb及びTiの1種又は2種以上並びにSnを合計で5〜50原子%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。 - 前記鋼板が、さらに、質量%で、
La:0.001〜0.1%、
Y:0.001〜0.1%、
Hf:0.001〜0.1%及び
REM:0.001〜0.1%
のうちから選ばれる1種又は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の耐銹性と防眩性に優れた高純度フェライト系ステンレス鋼板。
