Description
第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る絶縁低下検出装置2は、車両に搭載される高電圧回路1と車体100との間の絶縁抵抗の低下を検出する装置であり、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車等のように高圧バッテリ11を搭載している車両に適用される。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
次に、第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1、第2実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
次に、第4実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1〜第3実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、各請求項に記載した範囲を逸脱しない限り、種々変形可能である。例えば、以下のように種々変形することができる。

Claims (5)
- 車体(100)と高電圧回路(1)との絶縁抵抗(3)の低下を検出する絶縁低下検出装置であって、
前記高電圧回路における所定の一点に一端(21a)が接続されるカップリングコンデンサ(21)と、
所定の出力インピーダンス(221)を介して、所定周波数の交流電圧を前記カップリングコンデンサの他端(21b)に印加する発振回路部(22)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端の対地電位の振幅レベルの変化に基づいて、前記車体と前記高電圧回路との絶縁抵抗の低下を判定する判定部(231)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端と前記判定部の信号入力部(231a)との間に接続されて、前記判定部に入力される前記対地電位に含まれるノイズを除去するデジタルフィルタ(232)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端と前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部(232a)との間に接続され、前記デジタルフィルタにおけるエイリアシングの発生を抑制するエイリアシング抑制回路部(24)と、
前記高電圧回路から侵入する高電圧ノイズから前記判定部、および前記デジタルフィルタを保護するための保護回路部(25)と、を備え、
前記エイリアシング抑制回路部は、前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端に接続された抵抗器(241)を含んでローパスフィルタとして構成され、
前記保護回路部は、前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端と前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部との間において、前記抵抗器よりも前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部側に接続されていることを特徴とする絶縁低下検出装置。 - 前記保護回路部は、一端が前記抵抗器と前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部との間に接続され、他端が前記車体に接地された接地コンデンサ(251)を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁低下検出装置。
- 車体(100)と高電圧回路(1)との絶縁抵抗(3)の低下を検出する絶縁低下検出装置であって、
前記高電圧回路における所定の一点に一端(21a)が接続されるカップリングコンデンサ(21)と、
所定の出力インピーダンス(221)を介して、所定周波数の交流電圧を前記カップリングコンデンサの他端(21b)に印加する発振回路部(22)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端の対地電位の振幅レベルの変化に基づいて、前記車体と前記高電圧回路との絶縁抵抗の低下を判定する判定部(231)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端と前記判定部の信号入力部(231a)との間に接続されて、前記判定部に入力される前記対地電位に含まれるノイズを除去するデジタルフィルタ(232)と、
前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端と前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部(232a)との間に接続され、前記デジタルフィルタにおけるエイリアシングの発生を抑制するエイリアシング抑制回路部(24)と、
前記高電圧回路から侵入する高電圧ノイズから前記判定部、および前記デジタルフィルタを保護するための保護回路部(25)と、を備え、
前記エイリアシング抑制回路部は、前記カップリングコンデンサの前記他端に接続された抵抗器(241)と、一端が前記抵抗器と前記デジタルフィルタの信号入力部との間に接続され、他端が前記車体に接地された接地コンデンサ(251)とで構成され、
前記保護回路部は、前記接地コンデンサ(251)を含んで構成されていることを特徴とする絶縁低下検出装置。 - 前記保護回路部は、ダイオード(252a、252b)およびツエナーダイオード(252c)の少なくとも一方を有していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の絶縁低下検出装置。
- 前記保護回路部は、前記高電圧回路から高電圧ノイズが侵入した際に、前記高電圧ノイズに伴う過電流が前記判定部および前記デジタルフィルタに流れることを防止する過電流防止手段(253)を有していることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の絶縁低下検出装置。
