Claims (7)
- ファンブレード(6)のプラットフォーム(12)とファンディスク(2)の間に挿入されることが意図された振動減衰シム(10)であって、ファンブレードのプラットフォームと接触状態にある少なくとも1枚のプレート(16a、16b)が取り付けられた半径方向外面(18)と、前記ディスク(2)に面することが意図された上流側表面(22)および位置合わせの切断部(26)によって上流側表面から分離された下流側表面(24)によって形成された半径方向内面(20)であって、前記上流側表面が、前記下流側表面に対して内部に向かって半径方向に位置している、半径方向内面(20)とを有する、振動減衰シム(10)において、
前記上流側表面(22)が、内部に向かって半径方向に突出し、その上流側端部(22a)からいくらかの距離のところから始まる突出ゾーン(101)を有し、
半径方向内面(20)の前記上流側表面(22)が、上流側端部(22a)から始まる凹部(103)によって開始し、次いで、内側に向かって半径方向に位置合わせされた位置合わせの切断部(105)に突きあたり、前記位置合わせの切断部(105)が、突出ゾーン(101)を始めることを特徴とする、振動減衰シム(10)。 - 位置合わせの前記切断部(26)に対してそれぞれ下流側および上流側に配置された、ファンブレードのプラットフォームと接触状態にある上流側プレート(16a)、およびファンブレードのプラットフォームと接触状態にある下流側プレート(16b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減衰シム。
- 前記突出ゾーン(101)が、前記上流側接触プレート(16a)に対して半径方向内側に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の減衰シム。
- 軸方向の停止プレート(34)が取り付けられた半径方向により高い部分を有する下流側端面(36)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の減衰シム。
- 前記突出ゾーン(101)が、半径方向内面(20)の前記上流側表面(22)の約40から70%にわたって軸方向に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の減衰シム。
- 位置合わせの前記切断部(26)が、軸方向に下流方向に開口する1つまたは複数の凹部(40)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の減衰シム。
- ファンディスク(2)およびディスク上に組み立てられた複数のファンブレード(6)を含む航空機のターボ機械用ファン(1)であって、各々のブレードが、プラットフォーム(12)と、前記プラットフォームとディスクの間に挿入された、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの振動減衰シム(10)とを有する、ファン(1)。
