Claims (26)
- 複数の曲がったたて糸操りファブリックを備える、3次元の織りプリフォームであって、次の各条件を充足する、プリフォーム。
・前記曲がったたて糸操りファブリックは、ダーツのない部分とダーツ部分を備える
・前記曲がったたて糸操りファブリックのダーツ部分は、互いに結合され、それにより、前記プリフォームの全部分の曲がった周辺およびその曲がった周辺に直交する半径の方向に連続ファイバがある
・一つの操りファブリックにおけるダーツのない部分が、別の操りファブリックにおけるダーツ部分を補強する - 前記プリフォームは、窓フレームの一部である、請求項1のプリフォーム。
- 前記プリフォームは、航空機の窓フレームの一部である、請求項2のプリフォーム。

・前記曲がったたて糸操りファブリックのダーツを設けた部分を、互いに結合し、それにより、前記プリフォームの全部分の曲がった周辺およびその曲がった周辺に直交する半径の方向に連続ファイバを配置するようにする工程
・一つの操りファブリックにおけるダーツを設けない部分が、別の操りファブリックにおけるダーツを設けた部分を補強するようにする工程 - 前記プリフォームは、窓フレームの一部である、請求項14の方法。
