アルカリ性の水性条件下において匹敵する半反応は、次のように記述されることもある。

この式の左辺および右辺に対して、1つの水分子(H2O)を除去し、2つの水酸化物イオン(OH−)を追加すると、半反応(1)は(2)と同一である。
Cu+2H++1/2・O2 → H2O+Cu2+ (3)
H2O2+2H++2e− → 2H2O (4)
ただし、期待に反して、反応(4)は、銅またはニッケルのような金属イオンの浸出を促進しない。代わりに、保護不動態層がこれら金属類の表面に形成され、これら金属類のさらなる大量浸出を妨げる。したがって、過酸化水素を酸素供与体として用いる場合は、試薬類を正しい順番に従って追加することが極めて望ましい。このために、最初に廃棄物流を酸またはキレート剤、例えばアンモニア、を含有する溶液に浸漬する。必ずその後に過酸化水素を追加する。
陽極において、Fe(s) → Fe2++2e−、
陰極において、Cu2++2e− → Cu(s)。
Cu2++2e− → Cu(s)ではなく、
2H++2e− → H2(g)である。
Claims (14)
- 金属形態の金属類を1種以上含有する廃棄物供給流から前記金属類を回収するプロセスであって、
−前記廃棄物供給流を酸化ユニットに送り込む工程であって、前記金属形態の金属類の少なくとも一部を、1種以上の酸性物質と少なくとも1つの酸素供与体の存在下で酸化し、これにより金属イオン類を含む流れを生じさせる工程と、その後に
−前記廃棄物供給流から前記金属イオン類のうちの1種以上を濃縮し、これにより濃縮された金属イオンの流れを生じさせる工程と、
−前記濃縮された金属イオンの流れから前記金属イオン類の少なくとも一部を還元し、これにより前記1種以上の金属類を金属形態で生じさせる工程と、を含むプロセス。 - −前記廃棄物供給流を酸化ユニットに送り込む工程であって、前記金属形態の金属類の少なくとも一部を、1種以上の酸性物質と少なくとも1つの酸素供与体と錯化剤との存在下で酸化し、これにより金属イオン類を含む流れを生じさせる工程と、その後に
−前記廃棄物供給流から前記金属イオン類のうちの1種以上を濃縮し、これにより濃縮された金属イオンの流れを生じさせる工程と、
−前記濃縮された金属イオンの流れから前記金属イオン類の少なくとも一部を還元し、これにより前記1種以上の金属類を金属形態で生じさせる工程と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記酸素供与体は、酸素含有溶解ガスまたは液体である、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸素供与体は、空気である、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記酸素供与体は、過酸化水素である、請求項3に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属形態の金属類の前記酸化は、前記金属類を陽極化する誘導電位によって加速される、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属類の一部は前記酸化ユニット内の陰極上で還元され、これにより前記金属類を金属形態で生じさせる、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1種以上の酸性物質はH2SO4、HCl、HNO3、CO2、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 1種以上の(錯体形成)塩基性物質が水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、またはアンモニアから選択される、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 1種以上の金属イオンを濃縮する前記工程は溶媒抽出工程において実施される、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記濃縮された金属イオン類の流れから前記金属イオン類の少なくとも一部を還元する前記工程は電解採取工程において実施される、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記金属形態の金属は銅である、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 炉底灰は廃棄物のための焼却プラントから生じる炉底灰である、請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記1種以上の酸性物質類は、前記炉底灰を生じさせた前記焼却プラントの前記煙道ガス処理工程から得られる、請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載のプロセス。
