Description
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic.
Hair cosmetics such as rinses, conditioners and treatments are used to improve the feel of the hair after shampooing. In these hair cosmetics, a dosage form in which a cationic surfactant, an aliphatic alcohol, an oil or the like is blended and emulsified in a gel form is mainly used. Patent Document 1 describes a hair cosmetic that uses a specific amidoamine as a cationic surfactant and is blended with an organic acid and a higher alcohol. This hair cosmetic contains a large amount of amide amines, specifically those having a fatty acid residue having 20 or more carbon atoms (C20) or more, especially those having 22 (C22) fatty acids.
In the technique described in Patent Document 1 described above, as a conditioner or the like, smoothness and flexibility are imparted to the hair, but there is still room for improvement in that the hair after drying becomes sticky and a residual feeling remains.
By the way, in the same literature, it has a structure containing many fatty acid residues having 20 or more carbon atoms (C20) or more as amidoamines, and especially those having fatty acid residues having 22 (C22) carbon atoms are 50% by weight or more. It has become. A large amount of C22 fatty acid is contained in rapeseed oil, and amidoamine having a C22 fatty acid residue is also industrially produced.
On the other hand, according to the study of the present inventor, no amidoamine having a C20 fatty acid residue has been studied in detail so far among the amidoamines having a C20 or higher fatty acid residue. As this reason, it is guessed that there is almost no thing which contains many C20 fatty acids in fats and oils derived from a plant. C20 fatty acids are contained in a relatively large amount in fish oil and shark liver oil, but these oils may be unpleasant in smell and contain C24 fatty acids having a long chain length. For this reason, when an amidoamine is produced using a fatty acid derived from fish oil or shark liver oil, a product having favorable properties in terms of the solubility and surface active ability of the amidoamine and the smell of the obtained amidoamine is obtained. There were concerns that could not be met.
The present invention provides a hair cosmetic that has both a moist feeling and a smooth feeling while suppressing stickiness and residual feeling, and is particularly excellent in stability at high temperatures.

The content of the component (A) in the hair cosmetic is, for example, 0.1% by mass or more, preferably 0.5% by mass or more, more preferably 1% by mass or more, from the viewpoint of stably obtaining the conditioning effect. It is.
Moreover, from a viewpoint of improving the stability of the system in hair cosmetics, it is 20 mass% or less, for example, Preferably it is 5 mass% or less, More preferably, it is 3 mass% or less.

Moreover, the fatty acid which comprises a component (A) may be a fatty acid derived from algae. That is, the component (A) may be an amidoamine synthesized using algae-derived fatty acid as a raw material.
Since fatty acids produced by algae contain a relatively large number of carbon atoms having 20 or 22 carbon atoms, they can be suitably used as a raw material for component (A). In addition, the fatty acids produced by algae do not include those having 24 carbon atoms, or the ratio of those having 24 carbon atoms is small, so that the amidoamine obtained using this has excellent solubility and surface activity, It is also preferable in that the undesirable odor derived from the fatty acid raw material is suppressed.
Specific examples of algae producing a fatty acid having 20 or 22 carbon atoms include Eustigmatophyta N.sp, Eustigmatophyta M.s, Chlorophyta P.i, Cryptophyta H.b, Dinophyta G.s, Dinophyta S.sp and the like. Among the fatty acids produced by these algae, those having 24 carbon atoms are very few, so that the undesirable odor of the resulting amidoamine can be suitably suppressed.
(Ingredient (B))

Examples of such alcohols include cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, aralkyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol. Cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol are preferable, and stearyl alcohol is more preferable. Moreover, it is preferable that the ratio of the aliphatic alcohol which has a linear alkyl group is 80% or more in the whole component (C) from the point of the fingering property at the time of apply | coating to hair, and smoothness. Thereby, thickening (gel formation property) improves further and favorable application | coating performance is obtained.
The content of the component (C) is, for example, 0.3% by mass or more and 0.5% by mass or more in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention from the viewpoint of forming a smooth gel from the time of application to the time of rinsing. It is preferable. Further, from the viewpoint of the stability of the gel formed and the ease of adjusting the viscosity at the time of use, the content of the component (C) is, for example, 30% by mass or less and 20% by mass in the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention. It is preferable to set it as follows, it is more preferable to set it as 15 mass% or less, and it is still more preferable to set it as 10 mass% or less.
Moreover, content of water is 45-99.5 mass% in the hair cosmetics in this invention, for example, 50-98 mass% is preferable and 60-95 mass% is more preferable. The hair cosmetic composition in the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method. For example, it can be obtained by using components (A) to (C), water, and other components as necessary, and blending them in a predetermined order. An aqueous solution, an ethanol solution, an emulsion, a suspension, a gel, A desired dosage form such as liquid crystal, solid, aerosol foam, or spray can be obtained.

Thereby, a component (A) forms a stable gel with a component (B), (C) and water, and can make the external appearance of a gel uniform from room temperature to high temperature, for example. Moreover, the stability of the gel especially at about 50 ° C. can be effectively increased. The reason for this is that an amidoamine having a C20 fatty acid residue and an amidoamine having a C22 fatty acid residue are used in combination, and by setting these formulations within the specific ranges described above, an amidoamine having a fatty acid residue of each carbon number It is presumed that the crystallization of amidoamine is effectively suppressed as compared with the case where is used alone. Moreover, it becomes possible to improve the manufacturing efficiency of a component (A) in addition to the said effect by using the fatty acid derived from algae as a raw material of an amidoamine.
And, by using the component (A) in combination with the components (B) and (C), in the conditioning performance, stickiness and residual feeling after drying are suppressed, and both moist feeling and smooth feeling are compatible. Is obtained.
