Claims (25)
- 液体サンプルから磁性粒子を抽出する方法であって:
a)前記液体サンプルを液体キャリアに近接して配置するステップであり、前記液体キャリアは、前記液体サンプルと不混和であり、前記液体サンプルとは異なる質量密度を有し、当該配置によって、前記液体キャリアは、重力の影響によって前記液体サンプルの下で安定する、ステップ;及び
b)前記磁性粒子を前記液体サンプルから前記液体キャリアへ移動させる磁場を生成するステップ;

- 前記磁性粒子は前記液体キャリアに対して非湿潤である、請求項11に記載のキット。
- 前記磁性粒子は前記液体サンプルのコンポーネントを結合する、請求項11に記載のキット。
- 前記磁性粒子の前記液体サンプルから前記液体キャリアへの移動の少なくとも1つの成分は、重力の方向と平行である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記磁性粒子は前記磁場により前記液体キャリアを介して目的ゾーンに移動可能である、請求項1に記載の方法。
