Description
また、本発明の対象は、本発明による炭素繊維からなる炭素繊維フィラメントを3000〜24000本、殊に12000〜24000本有する炭素繊維糸である。
DOW Derakane社から入手可能なDerakane 8084 100g、
Akzo Nobel Chemicals bv社から入手可能なButanox LPT 2g、
Akzo Nobel Chemicals bv社から入手可能なNL 49 P 1g、
Akzo Nobel Chemicals bv社から入手可能なNL 63-10 0.05g。
本発明による炭素繊維糸を製造するために、調製には次の実施例で次の物質が使用される:
エポキシ成分として、2つのエポキシ樹脂E1およびE2から構成されている混合物Eが使用され、この場合E1は、樹脂1kg当たり2000mmolのエポキシ価を有し、E2は、樹脂1kg当たり540mmolのエポキシ価を有し、エポキシ樹脂E1とE2の質量比E1/E2は、1.2の価を有する。
P1:Hydrosize Technologies, Inc.社から提供されたHydrosize HP3-02。これは、変性された芳香族ポリヒドロキシエーテルである。
Claims (4)
- 電気化学的酸化によって前処理された炭素繊維において、該炭素繊維が複数のエポキシ樹脂とビニル成分と可塑剤とからなる調製物を、該調製物を備えた炭素繊維に対して0.3〜5質量%の量で有し、かつ前記エポキシ樹脂は、少なくとも2つのエポキシ樹脂E1とE2とから構成されている混合物Eであり、この場合、E1は、樹脂1kg当たり2000〜2300mmolの範囲内のエポキシ価を有しており、E2は、樹脂1kg当たり500〜650mmolの範囲内のエポキシ価を有しており、混合物E中のエポキシ樹脂E1とE2の質量比E1:E2は、1.2の価を有するように選択されており、前記可塑剤として、芳香族ポリヒドロキシエーテル、またはアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムにより変性されている樹脂が使用されており、前記ビニル成分として、N,N,N’,N’−テトラグリシジル−m−キシレンジアミンのテトラメタクリレートエステルが使用されており、かつ前記調製物が、エポキシ樹脂混合物Eを20〜35質量%、ビニル成分を20〜35質量%、及び可塑剤を25〜40質量%含有しており、全ての成分は合計して100質量%であることを特徴とする、電気化学的酸化によって前処理された炭素繊維。
- 前記調製物を、該調製物を備えた炭素繊維に対して1.0〜1.5質量%の量で有する、請求項1記載の炭素繊維。
- 請求項1または2に記載の炭素繊維からなる炭素繊維フィラメントを3000〜24000本有する炭素繊維糸。
- 請求項1または2に記載の炭素繊維からなる炭素繊維フィラメントを12000〜24000本有する、請求項3記載の炭素繊維糸。
