前記第一軸に回転力を与えて前記ベーンを回転動作させる駆動モータと、
前記第二軸受部に前記第二軸を差し込んだ状態で前記第二軸の先端に取り付けられ、前記第二軸の軸方向の動きを抑制するストッパー部品と、を備え
前記ストッパー部品は、直径が前記第二軸受部の穴径よりも大きい筒形状である
