Description
再生塔に供給される蒸気は、CO2を吸収した吸収液を加熱した後には凝縮水となり、燃焼設備に戻されて再び加熱される。

Claims (10)
- 燃焼設備から排出される排ガス中のCO2を吸収液に吸収させて除去する吸収塔と、CO2を吸収した前記吸収液を加熱することでCO2を放出させて再生して前記吸収塔に供給する再生塔と、前記燃焼設備から供給された蒸気を前記再生塔で前記吸収液の加熱に供し、加熱後の凝縮水を前記燃焼設備に戻す再生加熱器とを有するCO2回収装置であって、
前記再生加熱器から前記燃焼設備に戻す凝縮水を、前記燃焼設備における煙道内の排ガスと熱交換させて加熱する凝縮水・排ガス熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とするCO2回収装置。 - 前記再生加熱器から前記燃焼設備に凝縮水を戻す凝縮水ラインの途中に、凝縮水と排ガスとを熱交換する凝縮水・排ガス熱交換ラインが介在されており、当該凝縮水・排ガス熱交換ラインを介さず凝縮水ラインを直結するバイパスラインを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のCO2回収装置。
- 凝縮水・排ガス熱交換器の排ガスの下流にて、循環水を前記燃焼設備における煙道内の排ガスと熱交換させて加熱する循環水・排ガス熱交換器と、
前記吸収塔にてCO2を吸収した吸収液を、前記再生塔に至る以前に前記循環水と熱交換させて加熱する循環水・吸収液熱交換器と、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のCO2回収装置。 - CO2を回収する過程で排出される排熱により前記燃焼設備に至る以前の燃焼用空気を予熱する空気予熱器をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のCO2回収装置。
- 前記凝縮水・排ガス熱交換器に至る以前の前記凝縮水により前記燃焼設備に至る以前の燃焼用空気を予熱する空気予熱器をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のCO2回収装置。
- 燃焼設備から排出される排ガス中のCO2を吸収液に吸収させて除去するCO2吸収工程と、CO2を吸収した前記吸収液を加熱することでCO2を放出させて再生しCO2吸収工程に供給する吸収液再生工程と、前記燃焼設備から供給された蒸気を前記吸収液再生工程で前記吸収液の加熱に供し、加熱後の凝縮水を前記燃焼設備に戻す再生加熱工程とを含み、再生された前記吸収液を前記CO2吸収工程で再利用するCO2回収方法であって、
前記燃焼設備に戻す凝縮水を、前記燃焼設備における煙道内の排ガスと熱交換させて加熱する凝縮水・排ガス熱交換工程を含むことを特徴とするCO2回収方法。 - 凝縮水・排ガス熱交換工程を介さず、凝縮水を前記燃焼設備に戻す非熱交換工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のCO2回収方法。
- 前記凝縮水・排ガス熱交換工程の排ガスの下流にて、循環水を前記燃焼設備における煙道内の排ガスと熱交換させて加熱する循環水・排ガス熱交換工程と、
前記CO2吸収工程にてCO2を吸収した吸収液を、前記吸収液再生工程の以前に前記循環水と熱交換させて加熱する循環水・吸収液熱交換工程と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のCO2回収方法。 - CO2を回収する過程で排出される排熱により前記燃焼設備に至る以前の燃焼用空気を予熱する空気予熱工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載のCO2回収方法。
- 前記凝縮水・排ガス熱交換工程の以前に、前記凝縮水により前記燃焼設備に至る以前の燃焼用空気を予熱する空気予熱工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載のCO2回収方法。
