Description
Claims (21)
- 計量された量の流体を収容すると共に供給する流体ディスペンサであって、
流体を収容するリザーバと、
或る量の流体を収容する前記リザーバ内に実質的に位置決めされるチャンバと、
前記チャンバに対して第1の方向へ移動すると流体を前記チャンバ内へ引き込み、且つ前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向へ移動すると前記チャンバから流体を吐出する、前記チャンバ内で移動可能なピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結されており、前記ピストンを前記チャンバに対して移動させるように動かすことができるユーザ操作可能な制御部と、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方への前記ピストンの移動を選択的に可能にする及び阻止するように、前記ピストンに対して移動可能である歯止めと、
前記ピストンの前記チャンバに対する移動を制御するように、前記ピストン及び前記チャンバの壁の少なくとも一方に画定される第1の開口に対して摺動可能に嵌合する突起とを備える、流体ディスペンサ。 - 前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方への前記ピストンの移動を選択的に可能にする又は阻止するように、前記歯止めと解放可能に係合可能な少なくとも2つの歯をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記歯止めは、前記ピストンの第1の状態において、前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方への前記チャンバに対する前記ピストンの移動を阻止し、且つ前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の他方への前記チャンバに対する前記ピストンの移動を可能にする、請求項1に記載の流体ディスペンサ。

前記チャンバに対して第1の方向へ移動すると流体を前記チャンバ内へ引き込み、且つ前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向へ移動すると前記チャンバから流体を吐出する、前記チャンバ内で移動可能なピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結されており、前記ピストンを前記チャンバに対して移動させるように動かすことができるユーザ操作可能な制御部と、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の少なくとも一方への前記ピストンの移動を選択的に可能にする及び阻止するように、前記ピストンに対して移動可能である歯止めと、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の一方における前記ピストンの前記チャンバ内への移動を制限する第1の止め部と、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の他方における前記チャンバから出る前記ピストンの移動を制限する第2の止め部であって、前記ピストンが前記第1の止め部から第2の止め部へ移動してくると、第1の容積の流体を前記チャンバ内で移動させる第2の止め部と、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の一方における前記ピストンの前記チャンバ内への移動を制限する第3の止め部と、
前記第1の方向及び前記第2の方向の他方における前記チャンバから出る前記ピストンの移動を制限する第4の止め部であって、前記ピストンが前記第3の止め部から前記第4の止め部へ移動すると、前記第1の容積とはサイズが異なる第2の容積の流体を前記チャンバ内で移動させる第4の止め部とを備え、
前記歯止めは、前記第1の止め部と前記第2の止め部との間で前記第1の方向へのピストン移動を可能にし、且つ前記ピストンが前記第2の止め部に達するまで前記第2の方向へのピストン移動を阻止すると共に、前記第3の止め部と前記第4の止め部との間で前記第1の方向へのピストン移動を可能にし、且つ前記ピストンが前記第4の止め部に達するまで前記第2の方向へのピストン移動を阻止する、流体ディスペンサ。 - 前記第1の止め部と前記第3の止め部とは同じである、請求項20に記載の流体ディスペンサ。
