Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による電動機の制御装置が適用される電動車両の全体構成図である。図1を参照して、電動車両100は、直流電圧発生部10♯と、平滑コンデンサC0と、インバータ14と、電動機M1と、駆動輪DWと、制御装置30とを備える。
(制御モードの説明)
図2は、図1に示した電動機M1の制御モードを説明する図である。図2を参照して、この電動車両100では、電動機M1の制御、すなわちインバータ14における電力変換について、PWM制御モードと矩形波電圧制御モードとを切替えて使用する。
図4は、図1に示した制御装置30の構成を機能的に説明する機能ブロック図である。図4を参照して、制御装置30は、矩形波電圧制御部200と、PWM制御部400と、制御モード切替部490とを含む。
図5は、図4に示した矩形波電圧制御部200の詳細な構成を機能的に説明する機能ブロック図である。図5を参照して、矩形波電圧制御部200は、電力演算部210と、トルク演算部220と、PI演算部230と、変化率リミッタ235と、矩形波発生器240と、信号発生部250とを含む。
トルク演算部220は、電力演算部210によって算出されたモータ電力Pmtと、回転角センサ25によって検出される電動機M1の回転角θから算出される角速度ωとを用いて、実際のトルクを示すトルク推定値Trqを下記(2)式に従って算出する。
PI演算部230は、トルク指令値Trqcomに対するトルク偏差ΔTrq(ΔTrq=Trqcom−Trq)についてPI(比例積分)演算を行なうことにより制御偏差を算出し、その制御偏差に応じて矩形波電圧の位相φv(以下、単に「電圧位相φv」と称する。)を設定する。具体的には、PI演算部230は、正トルク(Trqcom>0)の場合には、トルク不足時には電圧位相φvを進め、トルク過剰時には電圧位相φvを遅らせる。一方、負トルク(Trqcom<0)の場合には、PI演算部230は、トルク不足時には電圧位相φvを遅らせ、トルク過剰時には電圧位相φvを進める。
上記の実施の形態1では、電圧位相φvの変化率を制限するための変化率制限部として変化率リミッタ235が用いられたが、変化率制限部としてフィルタを用い、フィルタの時定数を変えることによって電圧位相φvの変化率を変更(緩和)可能としてもよい。
[実施の形態2]
駆動輪DWのスリップやスリップ後のグリップ時など電動機M1の回転速度が外乱により急変した場合、回転速度の変化が増速方向のときは、トルクを維持するためにはトルクフィードバック制御により電圧位相φvを進める必要がある。逆に、回転速度の変化が減速方向のときは、トルクを維持するためにはトルクフィードバック制御により電圧位相φvを遅らせる必要がある。
上記の各実施の形態においては、電動機M1の回転速度が急変した場合に電圧位相φvの変化率の制限を緩和するものとしたが、この実施の形態3では、電動機M1のトルク指令が急変した場合に電圧位相φvの変化率の制限が緩和される。これにより、トルク指令の急変時のトルク応答性が高められる。
Claims (10)
- トルク指令に従って電動機を動作させるように位相制御された矩形波電圧指令を生成するための電圧指令生成部と、
前記矩形波電圧指令の変化率を制限するための変化率制限部とを備え、
前記変化率制限部は、前記電動機の回転速度の急変を示す所定値よりも前記電動機の回転速度の変化率が大きいとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の変化率の制限を緩和する、電動機の制御装置。 - 前記変化率制限部は、前記電動機の回転速度の変化が増速方向のとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を進める側のみの前記制限を緩和し、前記電動機の回転速度の変化が減速方向のとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を遅らせる側のみの前記制限を緩和する、請求項1に記載の電動機の制御装置。
- 前記変化率制限部は、さらに、前記トルク指令の急変を示すもう1つの所定値よりも前記トルク指令の変化率が大きいとき、前記制限を緩和する、請求項1に記載の電動機の制御装置。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電動機の制御装置と、
前記制御装置によって制御される電動機と、
前記電動機によって駆動される駆動輪とを備える電動車両。 - 前記制御装置の変化率制限部は、前記駆動輪のスリップまたは前記スリップ後の前記駆動輪のグリップが検知されると、前記矩形波電圧指令の変化率の制限を緩和する、請求項4に記載の電動車両。
- 前記変化率制限部は、前記スリップが検知されると、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を進める側のみの前記制限を緩和し、前記グリップが検知されると、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を遅らせる側のみの前記制限を緩和する、請求項5に記載の電動車両。
- 前記変化率制限部は、さらに、前記トルク指令の急変を示すもう1つの所定値よりも前記トルク指令の変化率が大きいとき、前記制限を緩和する、請求項4に記載の電動車両。
- 電動機の制御方法であって、
トルク指令に従って電動機を動作させるように位相制御された矩形波電圧指令を生成するステップと、
前記矩形波電圧指令の変化率を制限するステップと、
前記電動機の回転速度の急変を示す所定値よりも前記電動機の回転速度の変化率が大きいとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の変化率の制限を緩和するステップとを含む、電動機の制御方法。 - 前記変化率の制限を緩和するステップは、
前記電動機の回転速度の変化が増速方向のとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を進める側のみの前記制限を緩和するステップと、
前記電動機の回転速度の変化が減速方向のとき、前記矩形波電圧指令の位相を遅らせる側のみの前記制限を緩和するステップとを含む、請求項8に記載の電動機の制御方法。 - 前記変化率の制限を緩和するステップは、前記トルク指令の急変を示すもう1つの所定値よりも前記トルク指令の変化率が大きいとき、前記制限を緩和するステップを含む、請求項8に記載の電動機の制御方法。
