Claims (5)
- 排気管に接続されたDPFと、DPFの下流側に接続されたSCR装置と、SCR装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、尿素タンク内の尿素水を吸い上げてドージングバルブに尿素水を供給すると共に、ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を尿素タンクに戻すサプライモジュールと、SCR触媒に溜め込めるNH3量と排気ガス中のNOx量に応じてドージングバルブから噴射する尿素水の噴射量を決定すべく、ドージングバルブとサプライモジュールを制御するDCUと、DPFでのPM堆積量を検出し、DPFを再生すべくDPFに高温の排気ガスを流してDPF再生の制御を行うECMとを備え、ECMがDPF再生前にDCUにDPF再生許可要求を送信し、DCUがSCR触媒のNH3量を判断してそのNH3量が規定値以下のときにECMにDPF再生許可を送信し、これを受けてECMがDPF再生を行うようにした排ガス浄化システムにおいて、
DCUは、ECMからDPF再生許可要求を受信したとき、ドージングバルブ内に溜まった尿素水を除去すべく、ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を噴射するようサプライモジュールを制御し、ドージングバルブ内の尿素水のみを一度だけ噴射することで、ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を高温でない尿素水に置き換え、その後、SCR触媒のNH3量が規定値以下になったことを確認してECMにDPF再生許可を送信するようにされることを特徴とする排ガス浄化システム。 - 前記DCUは、更に、排気温度がSCR触媒が活性化する温度に満たないとき、排気温度が尿素水が結晶化する温度以上のときには、ドージングバルブ内での尿素水の固着を防止すべく、ドージングバルブを間欠的に開放する請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記DCUは、更に、排気温度がSCR触媒が活性化する温度に満たないとき、排気温度が尿素水が結晶化する温度以上のときには、ドージングバルブ内での尿素水の固着を防止すべく、ドージングバルブを開放すると共に、サプライモジュールを制御してドージングバルブ内の尿素水を尿素タンクに戻す請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記SCR触媒が活性化する温度が190℃以上であり、前記尿素水が結晶化する温度が104℃以上である請求項2又は3に記載の排ガス浄化システム。
- 前記サプライモジュールは、尿素タンクとドージングバルブとの間に設けられており、尿素水を圧送するSMポンプと、SMポンプによる送液流路を切り替えるリバーティングバルブとを備える請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の排ガス浄化システム。
