Claims (3)
- プレート100と、
前記プレート100の一面に凹状に形成される複数個のウェル200と、を含み、
前記ウェル200は、上部に形成される上部ウェル210と、前記上部ウェル210の下部に形成され、前記上部ウェル210より小さい直径を有する下部ウェル220と、を含むバイオリアクションデバイスチップの使用方法であって、
前記下部ウェル220に試料を収容し、前記上部ウェル210にオイルを収容し、試料の注入量を一定にすることを特徴とし、
さらに、前記下部ウェル220の底面に、タンパク質、核酸、PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)、アプタマ(Aptamer)または抗体から選択される物質が塗布またはアレイ(配列)されることによって形成された検出部300をさらに含むことを特徴とする、バイオリアクションデバイスチップの使用方法。 - 前記ウェル200は2段以上に形成され、各々の段において下方の段が上方の段より小さい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオリアクションデバイスチップの使用方法。
- 前記下部ウェル220の上端まで試料を収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオリアクションデバイスチップの使用方法。
